Post All Mail Center — Local services in San Antonio

We have been going to Post All since it opened! Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. They always give me several options when mailing packages (cost and delivery date) but know me well enough to figure I’ll use the cheapest way if possible!🤣 Their system stores all the names and addresses I’ve used for shipping in the past. Dusty, the owner, is always friendly and upbeat but super efficient. When his mom, Dorothy, is working we catch up on the grandkids etc…The other big bonus is that if I have stamped mail they always have a postal box where I can bypass the line, say a quick hello, and just drop it in. They take all the mail to the main post office every evening so it really expedites the delivery time. I especially appreciate that when I’m mailing our small business quarterly taxes etc. We’ve had some break-in to the mailboxes in our neighborhood so I always feel safer mailing important letters there!! I came here last week to ship a package because it was closest too me. What I found odd was, I was never given a tracking number. So now I have no way of knowing where it is in the country. Most USPS places add the postage you just bought to the package in front of the customer. So they show you the box will be good to go and shipped. Yet this place did not do that. After struggling with the Encino post office since moving here, I've reached a point where I will avoid it at all costs and pay more to send something either UPS or FedEx, etc. This location is also much more convenient to me personally as I can avoid the ridiculous "super street" that is 281. The staff is friendly and courteous. I know I can pop in quickly and get my needs attended to without the headache that the actual post office always results in. Even if I just want to use USPS, I still have that option with Post ALL and none of the needless...
