This place was recommended to me by my coworkers. Was really looking forward to having the quesabirria, but they were out. So I settled for the mini tacos. The food was delicious. it's too bad the service sucked! My husband had the parrilla flameada with flour tortillas. The waitress FORGOT to bring them. Her attention was solely with a table she was checking out. I patiently waited. I had to go to the counter and ask her for them . She still took her time going through each of her tickets. Meanwhile, my husband's food was getting cold. So I called another server and asked her, and at the same time, our server finally came over without the tortillas. I asked her if she was going to get the tortillas because my husband's food was getting cold. She then brought to MY attention how busy she was, and she waved her arms around the dining room to emphasize this. I said that she should've brought them when the food came out. She said it wasn't her fault the kitchen messed up. She walked away and still took her time bringing the tortillas. She was messing around with the hortacha dispenser. Said goodbye to other customers. When the tortillas were ready, she came over our table and, without any empathy, threw them on the other side of our table. I asked her if I could please speak to the manager or person in charge. She laughed and said there was NOBODY in charge. That they would be there tomorrow at 6 am. I didn't get her name, and everyone refused to give me her name. It's such a shame that this person works there. I only wish the owner knew how badly his customers are being treated. I will definitely not...

I had an incredible experience at this Mexican restaurant! The food was outstanding, especially the mini tacos which were incredibly delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Moreover, the customer service was top-notch!

However, I must share an incident I witnessed during my visit. Around 4:30 pm on a Saturday, I observed a disrespectful interaction between a patron and one of the servers. A woman, who appeared to be in her mid-40s or 50s, became incredibly rude and condescending towards the server because of a misunderstanding about the types of beans being served. She loudly exclaimed, "Doesn’t anyone speak English here?!" in a demeaning manner.

I was deeply appalled by her behavior and felt compelled to intervene. I approached her, paid for her meal, and politely reminded her that she was dining at a Mexican restaurant where both Spanish and English are spoken. Her response was dismissive and offensive, implying that my ethnicity influenced my actions. I simply wished her well and encouraged her to reflect on her behavior.

Despite this unfortunate incident, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. The food is exceptional, and the staff deserve respect and courtesy. Remember, kindness and manners go a long way, even when addressing misunderstandings. Let's all strive to treat each other with dignity...

We stopped by for lunch. There was a sign when you walk in, three tacos for xx.xx and another for two tacos and tea for xx.xx. We asked for one of each, but we're told its only for breakfast. 🙄 So we placed our orders, the waitress asked if we wanted tortillas, I asked if it was extra, she said no. So of course we wanted tortillas. The rice is different, it did have lentils, something different. Unfortunately I wasn't extremely impressed. It wasn't very hot, and there was a ton of cheese on my food. But when it came time to pay the waitress pulled out the credit charge machine and waited for us to sign. I felt obligated to tip, my friend did not, she signed her slip and handed it to the waitress, the waitress said, you only signed, my friend said, I know. Obviously the waitress was not happy. We asked for bags each for our leftovers, she huffed at the request. When I later looked at my receipt I noticed a service fee, that was not on the charge slip, she never mentioned the charge. I doubt we will go back, we'll head...

I've been here a few times. The service is consistently good. Not outstanding like Chama Gaucha, but it is consistently fast and friendly every time. I've had their tacos, burritos, and fajitas, all very good. Today, being a weekend, I had the pozole. They have red pozole and they don't have green pozole. The red pozole if a good size for the price ($12). It came with the regular fixings (shredded cabbage, tomatoes, onions) and your choice of corn or flour tortillas. The pozole broth is good, flavorful, thick (like your mom), and with good chunks of pork. Overall, I would come back for the pozole and pretty much anything on the menu. Their food is consistently good, authentic, and the background music is pure Mexico, not Tex-Mex.

My family and I frequent their other two locations and were so hyped when we found out they opened one right down the road from us. Went in around 11pm and were welcomed warmly by the employees. You go in and sit at whatever open table you’d like. After that they’ll bring you some menus with their delicious salsa de molcajete. We then ordered the quesabirria tacos, un taco de tripas, un taco de asada and a side of rice. We left our plates completely empty, it was so good. Our server, Gaby, was very kind and attentive through our whole meal. You can tell their tortillas are made by hand and their agua de jamaica as well (when we ordered it they checked in the back to make sure it was done brewing) 10/10 would recommend.

A friend recommended we try this newly opened restaurant in our area. She had oatmeal and toast and I had breakfast tacos. She enjoyed her oatmeal but felt it lacked flavorings/additions like fresh fruit and nuts. I had a delicious country sausage and egg taco and a chiliquilles taco. The tacos were quite generous with fillings and very flavorful as well. I could have made two tacos out of one, lesson learned ☺️. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. We felt like their breakfast plates were pricier than other places we frequent which is why she tried the oatmeal and I had tacos. Overall, a great place for breakfast tacos and a nice addition to the neighborhood.
