By far thee worst service ever! Everything went wrong during our visit. Our server was not attentive at all. First problem, no ranch for our salad. Instead of giving us the option to switch for soup instead she brought out the entire salad set up and a small squirt of ranch and said that was literally all they had left and she brought us Italian. Which I don't like but said let me just try it. Which I ate it but didn't enjoy it. Next, refills (I had to ask for) my hubby didn't like the lemonade so I asked to swap his for a tea instead. She literally only brought him tea and I sat with an empty cup until my hubby asked her to fill mine. Which I then asked for more breadsticks since my hubby devoured them (while waiting on food) since he doesn't eat salad with Italian dressing. Our plates come out. We're still waiting on breadsticks. Server states while passing by that another girl would bring them out "in a bit". I see a girl with a tray of breadsticks walk past us. She goes somewhere behind us to pack them up to go and gives them to the people in the booth next to us. Meanwhile, my plate is sitting because I wanted to enjoy my food with the bread. Nope. No breadsticks ever came. My hubby finished his food. (Which are pretty small portions for the cost) Our server then came asking to clear plates and asking how was everything (before I could tell her I was still waiting on the breadsticks)? However, he and I both replied horrible. My food was cold by then and I literally was over the entire experience. I asked for a box to go to pack my food. I wasn't even hungry at this point. Two men came back to back asking what was the issue, which made the situation even that much worse. I was already overwhelmed and mad we paid what we did when all I ate was lettuce with some dressing I don't like. I couldn't even speak. Never again. No tip!! The plate is still sitting in my fridge 5 days later. $50 wasted!... Do better! I expect this kind of service from McDonald's. But apparently it's everywhere nowadays. Severely lacking!! Remove the "never ending" that's false advertising!! I left this place extremely overwhelmed, frustrated and hungry! Even worse they sat us in the very rear of the building so I had to walk through the entire restaurant in literal tears while those two gentlemen just stared as we exited!!...
Read moreThe food itself was good! I would have preferred a little more dressing on the salad, and more spaghetti noodles to go with my chicken parmigiana. It was very nice for Olive Garden to have that. However, my disappointment was with my server. Just because it's Veterans' Day, doesn't mean I won't tip you. If you have that mindset going in like my server did and give other tables better service than you give me, then yes, that assumption will be made true. She didn't introduce herself. She didn't offer me a straw and ran off before I could ask her for one. Kendra, who was serving another table, I asked for a straw and brought me one almost immediately. So, if you have Kendra as your server, she's great! My server was off with pacing my meal almost at once. She brought my salad and breadsticks and silverware before I had a salad plate. Then, I got my salad plate and later she brought my water. And I was so, so thirsty. I had already put salad on my plate and was waiting for my water before she came back with the cheese for the salad. She was stingy with the breadsticks. She started with 3, I think and then kept bringing them in 2s. She nearly took a breadstick I hadn't finished yet. She kept telling me my food was almost ready which was fine. She finally brought it, but couldn't put it on the table because it was too hot and someone was behind her at another table. It took nearly 10 minutes after eating my entree and becoming full before she came back from waiting on her other tables. She asked if I needed a box and replied yes. I also asked her for a to-go cup of water. I had boxed up my meal and waited about 5 more minutes before she brought the water cup, with no straw. She told me that my meal had been taken care of. So, I took the straw out of my glass and put it in the cup. I thought about asking her to break my $10 so I could tip her, but I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes. So, I served my country honorably as an Army officer for nearly 5 years, so she would have the ability to give shoddy service. So, if you think you're going to get a shoddy tip for shoddy service, that would be...
Read moreThis was the first time we've been to this location but we happen to be in the area so we stopped in, it wasn't to bad of a wait to be seated which was great considering they were busy however after that it took a hell of a turn down hill. When we were seated our waitress was immediately rude from the beginning take our drink orders then when she did bring the drinks she asked if we were ready and before we could answer she just walked away as if she was bothered to be there, once gone we waited about 15 min before she returned to take our order which was good because we were about to walk out, when taking our order she definitelywas not feeling herself this day becauseshe could not stand taking this order and i assure you it wasnt anything crazy a few alfrados and a tourof Italy and a couple appetizes. So after the order was taken the food came out maybe 35 40 min later but tell me why it was all cold bread was under cooked everything was cold lasagna was wayyy to soggy. I had asked when she brought out our order if I could get a small childrens plate of spaghetti I did not receive this until we were leaving so I just packed it up with the rest of our food and before leaving I ordered a chocolate lasagna because yay it's back so when I get home and open it it's upside down and there's no chocolate sauce which ok i can do without it but upside down wtf. I don't know if this was just a fluke off day here but I can assure you we will never return to this particular location I would rather not risk it especially considering the amount of money we're spending...
