Taco Palenque Zarzamora — Restaurant in San Antonio

I stopped by this past Thursday and ordered a #4 beef fajita combo w/ side of fideo. I also requested two chiles torreados and three bags of chips. When I got home to eat diner. I received no chiles torreados and queso instead of fideo. I call back to speak to a manager and was able to speak to Ivan. He apologized and said to come back and he would replace order to make it right. So I returned Saturday to get my order and young lady at drive thru who took my order on Thursday was there and she seemed to be bothered when I told her why I was there. I had my order replaced or so I thought. I get home to find no chips, two tacos with very little beef fajita with fideo. I’m definitely a fan and supporter of your brand but doing this a second time makes me think really hard about returning to this location. I’m terribly disappointed in both transactions and just wanted to let someone know other than calling...

Great HOT 🔥 fresh food and Salsa + Chip bar. Friendly helpful staff.

But some cons. This is feedback for improvement. Seating, I've come here twice at random times and there is not seating inside. So much of the real estate usage here is parking lot, inside is quite small, hard, loud, and lacking of a home feel Outside is hot and dark. There doesn't appear to be lighting for the patio seating and no fans so it's both uncomfortable and a fly magnet. The dreaded fountain drink line. It's right by the expo line and it's crammed in a corner, people are inconsiderate and linger longer than needed. Not sure how to tackle this problem tbh. Atmosphere just feels so corporate office lunch. There needs to be more of a cultural and warm welcoming atmosphere. Got the fideo and it was mostly watered down broth and 30% actual noodles.

MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE I HAD JUST GOT TO THIS RESTAURANT RIDING UP ON MY BIYCYCLE AND THE NIGHT TIME SECURITY GUARD WENT STRAIGHT TO BEING VERY UGLY RUDE TELLING ME I WASTO DIRTY POINTING AT MY TSHIRT EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING. TO PUT A BRAND NEW SHIRTON AND I CAN NOT EVEN SAY ALL THAT WAS SAID TO ME BUT IT MADE FEEL EVEN MORE VERY EMBARRASSED AND UGLY ABOUT MYSELF HE BE LITTLE ME IN FRONT OF PLENTY OF CUSTOMERS I HAD JUST FINISHED FIXING MY BIKE TIRE WAS HUNGRY I HAD MONEY I SAVED UP ALL DAY JUST TO GO EAT HERE I SUGGESTED OTHER OPTIONS DRIVE THU TAKE OUT HE WASNT WILLING TO HEAR ME OUT HE SAID HE CALLING COPS SO LEFT CALLED THE MANGER HE GAVE ME OKAY TO GO EAT BUT DIDNT DISCUSSED WOTH SECURITY SO WAS HUMILIATED TWICE IN FONT OF THREE FAMILY OR COUPLES SO I LEFT WITHOUT ANY FOOD OR GETTING ANY KIND OF SERVICE HERE THANK YOU...
