If I could give ZERO stars I would! I have NEVER had a good experience at this location, yet I still keep going to "give them a chance" and I am disgustingly disappointed every time. Due to it's proximity to my job I keep trying to use this location for "convenience". Yet it is anything but convenient. I placed an online ASAP pickup order at 8:52 am and received an email stating it would be ready at 9:01 am. I then get an email stating they are running behind at 9:02 am which was past the time it should have been ready. This shouldn't surprise me as I always get these we are running behind emails. I finally get the Order is Ready email at 9:07 am. So 15 mins later it's ready. Tell me why I show up to get my order at 9:22 am late due to traffic and it takes me until 9:32 to finally get my food after having to go inside from the drive through!! 10 mins waiting for an order to be filled to force me to go inside. I ask for my food and this older woman leaning on the counter looking like she doesn't want to be at work goes to the back to get my order and tells me it's not ready! So i immediately ask for the manager and need a refund because i have no more time to wait as I need to be at work. She tells me well it's ready but they're getting it. No sorry, no acknowledgment of my frustration. They finally bring it out. I have to then rush to work. And I tell the supervisor this location is always behind, they are never quick or efficient and I am done trying to use this location since it's close to work. Reading all the previous reviews I have not seen a recent pleasant or even decent experience with this location. It's like they have too short a staff but when you go in people are just standing around. So why are all their orders behind? Why does it take them over 10 mins to fill a drive-thru order? What's even crazier is no one even cares if customers are upset. That older woman just leaning over the counter couldn't care less that I was upset and rushing, it wasn't an issue for her but Empathy is something even the lowest of people have. I attached the google time for how busy the location is, and it's not that busy. So why can't they fill orders? Especially a $40 order!! That's the last amount this location will ever get from me. I'll stick to the location off 1604 and Blanco. They don't even have a drive-thru and I'll need to get down every time, but I have NEVER had a bad experience there! In fact they happily cater to anyone coming in the door! This supervisor should get lessons from a...
Read moreThis is the last time I go to this Panera at the Rim either management isn’t doing there job or don’t know what’s going on with this location . Not only are they always out of something or they just don’t give you everything you ordered. Also employees have no knowledge of there soups . I asked an employee if they had some type of spicy soup , they recommended the street corn soup, but that soup was sweet not spicy at all. Than I ordered the broccoli cheese soup a few times and it’s all cheese no broccoli pieces at all just like if I got the bottom of the pot Last night I ordered at drive through around 7pm there was only 1 car in front of me took a while Than when I get to the window and pay for my order I asked the employee that I wanted to add a French baguette they said they where out .So I asked why didn’t they inform me that that when I was ordering instead of just having me sit there and wait , they just threw a chip bag in my bag. So I asked for a refund someone came to the window and said they were going to give me a sandwich bread that it was the same as a baguette , but it wasn’t it was awful and broccoli cheese soup again all liquids no bits of broccoli at least ..This has happened a few times even missing items when I’ve ordered online. I saved the soup from last night I want a refund, and for the corn...
Read moreDined in on Wednesday, 3/16/2022 at 4:43 pm. We approached the counter to place our order but nobody came to take it. Finally, an employee asked if we needed to pay with cash. After I said no, he pointed to a sign, further down at the counter, and tapped at the verbiage, turned around and left the counter area. The sign said," PLEASE USE KIOSKS, IF ABSOLUTELY NEED TO PAY BY CASH, ASK FOR ASSOCIATE". Not another word as to why we had to order through the kiosk. When our order was ready, I received a text message to go to the counter to pick up the order. The soup was barely warm and the bread on the sandwich did not seem to be toasted, as I had requested in the special instructions when I placed the order. We sent the soup back to be warmed and asked whether the bread had been toasted. I was told that the bread HAD been toasted and if I wanted it toasted for longer, next time, specify how long I wanted it to be toasted for. We've been going to this location since it opened. The service has been declining steadily over the past 2 years, with constant changes in management, extremely high associate turn over, very often not tidy inside and service has all but disappeared. I've been to 3 other Panera's in the San Antonio area and they are not like this location. We won't be going back, even though it's the closest...
