Poor customer service @this location. They showed their lack of value for me tonite when they could have just given me what I wanted but didn’t and an ironic slap in the face is coming in the end…. In my opinion it’s the Management here that does not carry the core values of this franchise here the people are different here and they teach it to each other, they don’t want to do things the right way and to get out of responsibilities they will lie to customers in front of each other instead of just doing the job they signed up for. I have seen this here before at this location. It is extremely frustrating when I have caught them before and they continue to treat me & other customers as if were stupid giving us lame excuses because they don’t want to provide par customer service. Lemons for my tea is all I wanted….. I drove from home to order drive through & I asked for lemons @ the intercom…. they agreed and they asked me to pay before giving me my order and they still refused to give me lemons even after the order was already prepared….. I guess it’s too much trouble to grab a lemon and cut it. They do this all the time to customers because I have caught them before……. They will lie to your face like a child would and it’s so obvious when you know they are dishonesty patronizing you sir…… at least twice before the same situation on different occasions this has happened to me at this store. All because they didn’t want to cut a lemon for me because it takes too much time and I have to go through an argument here to get lemons for my unsweetened tea. Well tonite I just didn’t have the fight in me…. I told the red shirt Angelina that if she is going to lie to my face after I just heard her tell the other employee to lie to me because it was too time consuming well…:.: never mind I won’t patronize the store tonite and she smiled and said have a nice night knowing she lied to me….. quite honestly I think I’m done with this particular location because it’s not the same and it’s not like the other chick -fil-a’s. And another thing I don’t mind paying extra because I ordered 5 sauces for a 12 count meal and they charged me extra for sauce here and I say no problem when none of the other chick-fil-a’s do this! Only this location. Angelina had on a red shirt so I’m assuming she is not a regular employee and if that’s so I would expect more from management or someone who is considered a lead! Responsibility and respect rolls down hill and if you have cancer at the top level then the store probably has been exposed to it. I would think that the lack of Integrity when telling other employees to lie to the customer says it all…. Angelina was extremely Apathetic and had the nerve to tell me have a good nite after I drove off without my food….. I am not surprised because this has been the normal experience I receive here because I don’t want a soda. I would fire Angelina she brings no value to the table if she doesn’t care about...
Read moreI just came to this location which is closer to my home and have always been loyal to this location and City Base location. After waiting for over 30 minutes for my mobile order that was sitting on a counter, i had to get off my car to knock on the window to get an answer for the delay. All my food was cold: several nuggets, several fries, sandwich, etc. I went through the drive thru since the dining and curbside were closed. I let 2 employees know my mobile app name and they printed my receipt. I even ordered a drink to add with no ice since my family member can't have anything cold due to cancer treatment. They put alot of ice. The male employee asked for my name on the order which I verified again. He said, "oh they're getting it ready. Can you pull into a parking spot and one of the team members will take it out to you shortly because it's still being worked on. That was at 9:45 pm. I waited and saw employees laughing and eating at the front counter and even getting picked up to go home. I was still waiting. Finally, I flagged down an employee and asked what was the holdup on my order at 10:15 p.m.. He said they were making my nuggets as we speak. Little did I know that wasn't true because my bag of food had been sitting there the whole time and nobody bothered to check on who it was for. I knocked on the window and asked to speak to a manager which I did. All she gave me was a voucher for 8 nuggets. I told her that I was hoping my food would be out sooner to give to my family and now everything was literally cold. All I received was one voucher of 8 nuggets for a $34 order of cold food and drink. Those vouchers were being given for Teacher Appreciation Day as it was since I showed my school badge that I work at. I told the manager I am probably not going to eat due to getting up at 4:00 a.m. to get ready to work at my job as an educator. Very disappointing that on Teacher Appreciation Day I didn't get to enjoy my hot Chick Fi La food. I'm still going to take it to corporate tomorrow hoping this doesn't happen to any customer especially those feeding and caring for Cancer stricken parent. Disappointed in customer service at this location.
FYI, the manager kept my receipts but it's still on my mobile...
Read moreIf there was an option to give a “0” rating, I would. This is not the first time I have had a terrible experience with this store but I never wrote about it until today. First I am actually surprised someone answered their phone instead of just going to voicemail. Sadly, the employee, Maria Gutierrez answering made my experience even worse than it originally was. I am a military survivor. My husband served in the AirForce for almost a decade and he died 2 years ago leaving me with a baby. I am not able to drive to locations as often as I would like due to my sons needs. Today, I decided to use DoorDash and spend $60 worth of CFA products to try and make my life easier but was super disappointed when all three of my beverages did not arrive with the order. I relayed my concern to the doordash person but he said CFA did not provide him with drinks. I called to get help, hoping to at least get my drinks next time I eat with you guys because I go repeatedly, but instead Maria simply said “ It is not our responsibility if the dasher does not check the order.” Although I repeated that I understood that but all I was needing was to be taken care of for next time but instead, like a broken record, Maria repeated twice more, that it was not their fault that I had to take it up with DoorDash. No apology was even given, up until I mentioned it to her. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP. YOU GUYS TEACH ABOUT THE CORE 4 ALL THE TIME, PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TO IMPLEMENT IT AND PUT YOURSELF IN THE GUESTS SHOES. STOP TRYING TO PLACE BLAME ON OTHER PEOPLE. If I am not mistaken, whoever is responsible for bagging orders whether they are mobile, dine in or drive thru, has to ensure the whole order is COMPLETE. My order was missing salad dressing and all beverages. If you need a transaction number, it is 5499 at around 5pm for Bunny. Everyone has a story, like you guys seem to teach. And believe me as a widow, my life is already miserable, but this made it even worse. You are in a position to make a guests day...
