Pizza Patrón Fredericksburg — Restaurant in San Antonio

Don't get me wrong pizza patron has really good food. My only issue is with this particular store and the gentleman that answers the phone to take your order. See there is this deal if you sign up online you get a large pepperoni pizza free if you order a specialty pizza. Well that guy ( not going to mention any names)told me that the new Hatch Chicken Enchilada pizza is not a specialty pizza and refused to to honor that deal that is offered to anyone who signs up. Twice he told us no it is not a speciality pizza because it's new and only here for a short period of time.(and tbh that alone at least to me says that it's a specialty pizza anyways). So I called three other locations and all three told me what I already knew , that it is a specialty pizza . So here's my advice to anyone who likes a good deal especially with good eats. Don't let that guy lie to you. Sign Up online and get your free large pepperoni pizza but whatever you do don't go to this establishment because if that guys working he won't honor that deal. He says when he puts it in to the computer that it will not take it . Don't know how true that is but that awesome nice lady at the Woodlawn establishment didn't need to see a promo code or anything for...

Never had Pizza Patrón before, so my girl who had, brought me to try. If it wasn't for her though, I'd have walked out before even getting the pizza: guy at the register was too busy checking his phone & was too spaced out to take the order correctly. It took three people calmly telling him 5 times what we wanted & I was ready to cancel everything & leave (we ordered 2 pizzas straight from their menu, no alterations, so this wasn't a huge order, or else I'd have understood a mess up here & there).

The two women behind the counter were nice & actually spoke to us as we entered. The pizza was pretty decent; about on par with Caesar's, Piper, or Hut. However, the experience with this Patrón, will have me either trying another location, or refusing to purchase from the company again. Inside has lots of seating, Pepsi fountain drinks, & TV's for those who care about sports.

I get businesses do have off moments, but front-facing employees acting/looking glazed over from some substance, messing up simple orders, & too busy checking their phones is not a good look. No repeat business...

I wish i could leave no stars. We ordered from this place 2 nights in a row hoping to have a better experience the second time. The first night we ordered and got there at the estimated pick up time and they hadnt even been made. The second time we got there 10 minutes late only to find our pizzas no where in sight. As they scrambled to make our pizzas another customer came in claiming they had been given the wrong order. The manager waited all of 2 minutes and suddenly our pizzas were ready. My husband came out to hand me the pizzas which were cold....we were given the pizzas that were brought in by the other customer. This is disgusting. I will not be ordering from this location again. Im not trying...
