Update: It has been a good while since I've been here last.. nothing has changed. Fries were still soggy, chicken tenders got SMALLER. For $16 i'd expect decent tenders, no. Just a tad bigger than a chicken nugget is RIDICULOUS for that price. I am so disappointed with them and myself for giving it another try. $40 for 2 plates, one with extra fries? My portion of fries were the same as my husbands double order of fries. And since the last time when Raising Canes commented they didn't do anything about the waste of lunch my co-workers and I had ordered. This is not right and they need to fix what is going on in the kitchen and get a new manager that takes pride in their restaurant.
Worst location EVER. Fries are SOGGY, 6 drinks and apparently no carrier? Made 3 trips for my whole order. Fries, just a pinch for each of the meals ordered. Ended up throwing the whole thing away and 2 other meals because of how soggy and greasy they came. We can't exactly just leave the hospital to exchange their wrong doings but they don't really care when it's a...
Read moreI would give this place a 5 star, but they lack two things trust and size, what I mean about trust with the more younger employees I feel they hold my credit card for too long, not sure if it's this company putting fraud of my credit card, but it shouldn't take that long too scan my card and give it back, Cane's should have a system were they can take the machine out so you can put the card in yourself, I feel companies with younger adults are doing fraud with a lot of fast food companies, because I only use my card for fast food companies, never online, or I do it myself at a walmart.... The other thing is the "SIZE" of the chicken very small, when you look at the picture that canes advertise its very big on the picture in person they look like two chicken nuggets together very false advertisement with canes, if canes can fix these two problems with all canes restaurants then you got a 5 star, plus use your credit card inside the store for safety, once they close that dark window your credit card is in someone...
Read moreI had resisted going to Cane’s. Not because of any aversion to fried chicken. No, mostly because I’ve deluded myself into thinking I’m going to eat “healthier.” I’m glad I stopped in. There’s an infectious upbeat feel as you walk in. It was like walking out of the rain into sunshine. Sappy, yes. But pretty accurate. If the employees are faking it, then award them a Golden Globe. From the person who took my order to the person calling my name when done, everybody here is genuinely kind. Like they want to be, not have to be. While I was eating, a person came by to check how my food was prepared. He actually stopped to ask. As I was finishing, another person asked how everything was. It’s difficult to get used to this level of service when most others seem happier to see you leave. The food was fresh and good. And it was hot. Like right out of the fryer hot. And it stayed hot throughout my meal. The ONLY thing I would have changed is somebody could have asked if I wanted jalapeños, because I did. Otherwise,...
