Came here after work ordered some nuggets and a chicken sandwich. It tasted like the bottom of the frier after 2 days of burnt oil the bun was stale and hard. I gagged asked for a refund (I did the order online) was told I couldn't get one since I didn't have my credit card on me and they need a way to refund the order back. Called customer service I was told each place is different an they would make a note to the owner about it. I get a call about an hour later. A male manager called mentioned my complaint wrong that I thought the food was too oily. I said no it tasted like burnt oil and was stale. So he asked what I wanted. Told the guy as well just a refund the food was absolutely disgusting tasting and he as well said I needed a card to do the refund. I was weary on leaving the place then coming back the next day with my card in case they said they couldn't. So by this time I'm frustrated why are you asking what I want when I'm telling you what I want and you're saying it's not possible. Anyway I get sent another sandwich and a free entree promo sent to my app. Today Sept 17th I decided to redeem a reward and get a meal. I did curbside, I get there put the number in and a couple mins later I get notified it's on my way. I waited about 10 mins almost felt like they forgot to bring the order out. Finally I see a girl come my way she drops off the food,I leave. I'm at a light I look in the bag first immediate thing I notice was my fry was half full nothing on the bottom or side just half full. I roll my eyes oh well I already left. I get out a chicken strip bite into it and they're cold the worst part it felt slimy immediately not interested in eating the food. Read moreI hate to say this these last 3 years I've seen Chick-fil-A's quality go downhill and the quantity you receive as the prices go higher. Definitely before covid it wouldn't be too off the wall and my busy family to probably hit this place three times out of the week. Now it's maybe twice a month. And with each time I'm disappointed with the quality of the food it doesn't taste like it used to and they certainly don't care it's all about greed and money money and greed. They've designed their locations to more importantly serve the drive-thru and get you in and out as fast as I can. You lose quality of correct orders you lose quality of food being cooked correctly and you lose that once nice customer service interaction that once was what brought many people to Chick-fil-A. When you're paying $4 for medium fruit that should be the size of an extra small it just gets really sad to see that greed is taken over this company. Let's be real that's all it really is greed. I highly respected Chick-fil-A instead by them through every kind of stupid controversial problem they once had but once I start seeing the money signs in their eyes I can turn my back and find other places to eat. I remember the one at the mall by my house as a kid back in the '80s. The owner of that franchise used to see his kids every now and then he'd stop and ask us have you all eaten today some of us would say yes and some of us would say no he definitely said those who said no come on and get you a meal. Read moreI used to enjoy going to this location due to its close proximity to my house. Unfortunately since this location has opted to expand the drive thru from 1 lane to 2 lanes I tend to avoid going as much. I'm sure on the business as aspect its great for y'all, but as a consumer its bad because it seems more times than not I get behind at least one if not several vehicles (consumers) that don't know the menu/or what they want to eat. So even if your speedy and courteous employees take my order and method of payment, I'm still stuck behind the vehicle(s) that are taking their time to order/pay. That puts me now on their time and is now an inconvenience, since vehicles in the other lane that even show up after I order get to pass ahead. Now for the main reason I review y'all this evening is because I'm beyond tired of ordering a meal and receiving less than adequate amount of fries. Whether I order a regular size or a large cobo, it seems like I rarely (if ever) get the amount of fries that should come with the order. I've called and informed management in the past and even avoided going to this location due to this fact. Unfortunately I was near this location tonight and once again this happened.
