We are from out of town and were looking a Mexican bakery and seeing the high rating of this one we decided to go. The display of bread is nice, but unfortunately customer service needs improvement. The girl who was there working at 5pm was not welcoming and seemed to be bothered by us asking about the items we were not familiar with. It was not busy, we were the only ones in there, so she didn’t seem to be “busy”. She was kind of rude and we hoped the bread was good at least. I thing out of the ordinary and almost flavourless cookies, also items where just bagged with no care having pieces like cake smashing other pieces. If the flavor was there I would not have cared! I really hoped it was a great place, but it wasn’t. I know how a real Mexican bakery smells from the moment you walk in, you can almost smell the ingredients even when they’re done baking. Prices are not bad, but I wouldn’t recommend or give a 5 star.

My husband and I were visiting the area and decided to stop by this panadería after dining at Linda’s Mexican Restaurant nearby. We were impressed by the huge variety of pastries — so many familiar treats that I grew up with in Mexico. The prices were very reasonable, and we walked out with plenty of goodies without spending too much. The place was also spotless, which was great to see. I noticed a negative review mentioning that pastries are placed in paper bags — but that’s completely normal at any real panadería. They also offer boxes if you ask, which we did since we had cakes and delicate pastries for our long trip home. The staff was kind and accommodating with no issues at all. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. They accept both cards and cash!

The food is good and all, but i literally had to pay 1.50 for a donut that was less than the size of my hand. I had grabbed 2 but didn't get to see them til I got home. If you want to get an actual donut size and don't want to overpay, I suggest not coming here.

I've been in a couple of times. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They lack some items that I favor. What I did take was good. I came another time and had coffee and pan dulce and conversed with Jorge an employee. I am an old fart and I like to talk to the youngsters in the neighborhood. He is still in high school so I gave him some advice about educating himself towards the job market. He was very attentive and grateful. His customer service skills and general demeanor are excellent. I was in another time and the owner was there with his beautiful teenaged daughter. I attempted to converse with him. His demeanor is somewhat rude and standoffish. I informed him of the items I would like to see there. He gave me a ," Who the hell are you !" look . He muttered something to his daughter and she turned to look at me. I don't know if he is the baker or just the owner/manager. I suggest he stay behind the scenes and leave customer service to his employees. His general demeanor sucks. I will continue going to this place because it is the closest to my house and I enjoy the employees. I will avoid the owner. To get the items I favor and converse with a truly people person I like to go to Cinderella bakery. Henry is a great person and will share his time when not too busy. I like to take my bros over there. They...
