I went to this location tonight to try and order a couple of drinks and shakes while on my way home. I had a very long day and figured some nice sweets and a drink will help relax me.
I ask for a "Banana Master Shake medium please, the one with more then just banana" I couldn't remember what it was, I just remembered the Banana Mastershake part. As I'm writing this I still can't remember what it was. It wasnt chocolate though and it's on the freaking LED menu flash thingy, which is making me feel really stupid lol.
She ticks banana shake, the plain one. I ignore it and say that's for my son anyway he is 2 and wont mind. Besides, I honestly probably said too much because I couldn't remember that other ingredient, even though I had just read it, but it's a special and not on the normal menu. So she asks if that was a medium. I say yes please, I also need a caramel mastershake, the one with oreo please.
This is where I gave up all togethor, this woman comes back and snaps "Medium?!?!"
Yes... medium.... ok that'll be what ever amount, Doesn't even bother to ask me if I wanted anything else. Thankfully she got my Rt44 coke with extra ice and rt44 real fruit strawberry limeade slush right. But honestly feels like she stopped paying any attention once I started asking for a shake. Either that or she really didnt want to make two shakes, let alone one.
I will probably still come back in the future as they do make the food well. But customer service means a lot and this experience will drive me to a different location for a bit.

Read moreOrdered the kings Hawaiian chicken club a few weeks ago through the app for the half off one time promotion. Was told they were out of the buns and they only had regular buns. Spoke to management on duty and was told I could return and get my half off for the sandwich on my next visit and would leave a note and all I had to do was return and mention my name to redeem the deal. As I already used the promotion in the app, it disappeared after my original order. I returned on 6/10/19 to redeem the mentioned offer from first manager only to be told there was no record of my first visit, other managers could not be reached to confirm the offer and the only way to redeem was to order another sandwich and i would get it at half price. I explained I didn't want to make another transaction and thats not how it was explained to me. I then thought this was all to much trouble for a sandwich and informed the manager to cancel my order. He then asked me "you want to cancel the order over a sandwich?" I replied that no, I wanted to cancel due to the trouble it was just to get what was promised to me. I was then told he didn't want to cancel the order so he wouldn't have to explain why a $20 order had to be canceled. I told him why don't you just throw in an extra sandwich and it's like I paid for 2 1/2 sandwichs. After seeing numerous other customers come and go, a waitress came out with one sandwich. I then asked for the rest of my order and was informed it had been sitting inside with no stall number. So my food was not as hot as it would have been had it been brought out on time. Read moreI cannot explain how much i loathe this sonic. I normally have great experiences ordering from other locations but this one in particular makes me want to scream.
Everytime I've gone in person, the order taker is rude and cuts me off as im ordering or talks over me while I’m giving my order. Having worked in the fast food industry, i know proper order taking. You don't cut off the customer and let them talk. You’ll be able to speak when the customer is done placing their order. I understand that it is often busy and you need to be effective and efficient but customer service is always the first thing you have to give.
So when i can actually get my order in, its never right. Thats for in person ordering and for ordering through Uber Eats! Nothing is ever right! Ever since I’ve moved to this area, i have never had an order correct and that is so sad. And yes, you may say, “Well, Dean, tell them! Go get a refund!” And to that, i will say, im a very busy person. I rarely have the time to return when im on my lunch or dinner breaks from work. So im not able to go back as I’d like but i also have the feeling that I’d just get another rude person and why deal with that?
