Upon my arrival "Dez" or Desiree was cashing out a customer another girl started my order then Dez came to complete my vegetables on my sandwiches after she finished the transaction.. Then she starts placing vegetables on my sandwiches.. her doordashed Starbucks order arrived (while making my order and stops) and she proceeds to get it from the man and comes back and doesn't even change her gloves. Mind you she just held a bag carried in by her delivery driver. I tell her, "you should change your gloves" and she did.. although it made her visibly uncomfortable as if I was saying something wrong... honestly that is something that should be done after every customer. (Hence, I've worked at Subway before). She proceeds to check me out with her gloves on. Now, I believe she never switched them out to begin with after she rang up the customers before me until after she got her Starbucks and I asked her too... She uses her knuckles to ring in orders on screen, ig to prevent touching with finger part of gloves or her 5in acrylic nails lol but it's still disgusting. They really need to be trained properly as that's something a customer shouldn't have to tell her. 🙄 Also forgot to mention the lettuce was pink in color! Definitely NOT fresh!! Opted out. I really wanted to walk out as my sandwich was not what I wanted after seeing how their lettuce looked but they're lucky I had to hurry because I was grabbing food for my husband also for his...
Read moreThis review is disappointing to write. I attempted to do drive-through yesterday late afternoon because I have two young daughters that I did not want to get down specifically because there was a man there, asking for food and money in the front of the parking lot. But for whatever reason the drive-through was not working due to “technical” reasons per the taped on sign on the drive through box/menu area. So I had to get down from my vehicle and walk into restaurant. When I stepped down from the car into the parking lot, there was broken glass, so I had to take my daughters out of one side of the car— the part directly facing this man. The man hollered after me as I walked into subway with two little girls in tow. He literally followed us into the store behind me and asked for money and food. I don’t feel like this is a safe situation to put customers in. There was no assistance from anybody else in this area who might have been able to separate me and my girls from this man. I know this is no fault of SUBWAY®, but this was not a very good experience for me. I will never come back to this...
Read moreBOO - HISS. This is my review. On June 11, I pulled into the Drive-Thru with one car already at the Call-Box. It took 3-5 minutes for the vehicle in front of me to pull forward. When i pulled up to the Call-Box, a Woman told me her computer was not working and to please proceed to the Window so, I did. I waited and waited, and waited some more - before it took 15-minutes for the car in front of me to get their order and drive away. Meanwhile, there is a truck behind mine and no way to get out. When I pulled up to the Window, nobody ever took my order. REALLY?! After another five minutes of no response to my single blow of the horn - I pulled away. My car will be one less vehicle going to Subway ever again. There's 20-minutes out of my life i will never get back!!! BOO -...
