Subway — Restaurant in San Antonio

This store really needs to get their act together! Watching the people that work here, is like witnessing thumbless kindergarteners trying to assemble multiple PB&Js.I had to repeat my order multiple times. Ingredients in my sandwich that the menu displayed, they tried to charge me extra. People waiting to pay in front of me, people patiently waiting to order behind me. Multiple half way made online orders pushed aside sitting for long periods of time. The sandwich made for me was OK, just. In the end I had to calculate how much I owed with tax, and had to tell them my exact change back.Had to pay cash because CC machine wasn't working and simple addition and subtraction was a motherload for these dim slow workers. This location sucks!! They don't know how to read mobile orders, been completely wrong both times, GM/owner said he would fix the issue after the first time they made my food wrong. Not so much.... not only was it toasted which I specifically didn't want, they didn't put and lettuce, tomatoes, or bother the cut the foot long in half. Ordered a Sub online through the app which they promote so much told me order would be ready by 8:35 it's now 9:02 they made one sandwich and went back to make the order when I showed my disdain for the service the young man at the counter explained it was a long line oh the line I was standing in and no one bothered to ask if they could help me I moved out of the line to allow someone else to order thinking that they would get to my online order and that ut would be a priority considering I've already paid for there service in advance Trash service trash employees or urgency just bad experience all around never order online at this...
