Today I went to Panda Express to get dinner. According to my receipt I was there at 6:33p. I got home opened everything up and my order was wrong, missing things and even worse the kids meals has 3 small pieces of orange chicken in the boxes. My poor kids we’re hungry so they ate it. I attempted to call 6 times on my phone and then on my kids phone to try and speak to someone. No answer. I then drive back to the restaurant with my receipt on hand. On the door there is a sign that says “pick up”. I saw a lady walk up to that door so I decided to hop out and walk to the door too. The doors were locked but every employee and the manager all Looked at me and either pointed to the drive thru or the manager ROXANNE didn’t acknowledge me at all but rather spoke to her employee “gestures the shooo her away” as she stood there. I showed them my receipt through the door and they still directed me to the drive thru. So, I got back in my. Car... waited 20 more mins just the drive thru ... asked if we could drive up bc my order was wrong. I asked to speak to the manager. First she didn’t identify herself- I asked her name ROXANNE. I explained what was wrong w my order. And she replies... where’s the food? I said ma’am I didn’t drive all the way over here to get free food but my kids were hungry and our meals were wrong and missing stuff. Long story short - NOT EVEN an apology any sincerity bc things happen and that is ok. She slammed the window TWICE. I asked for her managers number. Read moreWent in yesterday with my daughter and the employee that took our order and cashed us out was named, Jasmine. She is also the one who brought spring rolls to our table when they were ready. She wasn't the most pleasant while we were in line nor did she say anything when I thanked her for bringing the spring rolls to our table, but I drew the line at when my daughter was the ONLY one in line to ask for a to-go bag and more sauce and was ignored twice by the same employee. She seemed to give more importance to the drink refresher station behind the counter when my daughter was standing right in her line of sight. It wasn't until a couple walked in and she goes straight to the them ignoring that my daughter is again, right there, that I decided to get up and ask for the bag and sauce myself. I also let her know my daughter was in line the entire time to which she said nothing and just handed me the bag an sauce. I mentioned this to the manager and when she was spoken to, she had the nerve to tell her manager she thought my daughter was with the couple that just walked in! I mean, she only took my daughters order personally 20 mins earlier, came to our table to bring spring rolls, we sat right in front of the kitchen and had my daughter standing in line well before that couple walked through the door, but okay. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but I’m very disappointed with my recent experiences at your location. On June 14th, I ordered a bigger plate for me and my wife and instead of chowmein they added rice. I called that same day and the Manager Yassine answered and he said he would replace my order. I decided to give it another try on June 15th since they were going to replace my order, but this time, part of my order was missing when I got home.
After long days of hard work, I was looking forward to enjoying a meal with my family, only to find that my order was not complete. When I called, a representative assured me that my meal would be replaced and the vege rolls that were missing. However, when I returned today 6/29/24, I was only offered spring rolls instead of my plate also. The Manager Yassine started to be rude and told me that he wouldn’t replace the order just the veggie rolls. They mess up on your orders and don’t think that it takes you time and gas. They don’t want to admit for there mistakes.
This is not the level of service I expect, and I’m very unhappy. As a long-time customer, I may not return to Panda Express. I hope you can address these issues to prevent similar experiences for others.
