Second time I’ve had an issue with the Taco Bell. First time they did not give me sauce on an online order, so I went back in and waited at the counter while not one person acknowledged me so I walked back to grab the sauce for myself just like I did my online order and the second time the lady yelled at me and told me I could not be behind there and I told her we’ll how else was I supposed to get my online order that you guys ignored me the first time I was here. Second time this time go through the drive-through to grab something quick for lunch before I head back to work. And they give me the completely wrong person’s order along with me, actually paying for the wrong person’s order. I have tried to call the store. Several times cannot reach anybody in the drive-through person basically seem like he was stoned out of his mind and did not care. When I told him I was waiting for my drink, I ordered and he slowly got it for me after now looking at the receipt this receipt did not even have a drink so he was clearly not paying attention or like I said hi, and confused as to what he was even doing. So tired of leaving surveys for someone to call me back and not one person calls me will not be returning to the Taco Bell until the managers get their-ish together.

We are coming back up there first thing, to speak to the Manager and or General Manager because it seems like we aren’t the only one with bad experiences. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! I have been here 2x at different times and different days of the week but tonight took the cake! Now the first time I placed an online order. I was the only person inside but they had maybe 3 cars in the drive thru. Everything I ordered was wrong. I ordered loaded nachos with easy beans (got black beans added on it and I hate black beans), 3 regular tacos (got sour cream on them), and 2 caramel apple empanadas (no filling just the shell) I heard the co-workers talking about them busting in the fryer but they decided this was still fine to serve. I tried to call but they never picked up the phone. So, I put in a complaint at the Taco Bell website. I got an email that they received my complaint but no call back. Tonight, I ordered 3 tacos and the nachos again thinking maybe the last time was just off. There was one other car in front of me and no one inside again. It was 7:45pm. I receive my nachos with pico on them. I hate pico so I decide to drive back and ask for my money back for the nachos because the 3 tacos were fine. When I get back to the store it is immaculate inside. (no one has been there) And there is only one car in the drive thru. The guy who took my order walks up to me and I tell him I would like my money back. He says nothing turns around and walks back to the drive thru. A lady who I think is the manager walks up to the counter so slowly. She gave off the vibe like I was dating her son and no one is good enough for her son, so why are you even here type deal. She don't want to be bothered. I tell her I just want my money back and specify that it is just the nachos which are $2.99 plus tax. No apology, nothing. She walks to the drive thru and gets $3.00, comes back to hand them to me and keeps my receipt! I work a full time job in customer service as well. I spend alot of time listening to people and apologizing for things I didn't do. I work hard for my money. INCLUDING my 24 cents in taxes. The lack of empathy and care that I had to drive back to the location because your team messed up my meal is atrocious. It's these purchases that keeps them employed. But if someone where to give them that same treatment I'm sure they would act a fool. Save yourself the headache and drive to the next location. These people don't want their jobs so let's help make that a reality. The people at the RITTAMAN location are nicer, better quality of food, great customer service and stay busy! Y should I be feeling guilty for trying to come in at 7:30am n get an ugly look for knocking on the door even tho I stood there while my spouse got our child out the car and there was no one in drive through. My spouse tried the other doors -locked. This isn't the first time the doors were locked & we came 3x at an earlier time previously all with locked doors, so we get it, it's the morning. But to get an ugly look, (after signaling we have a baby) to be told to wait, and then have additude while ordering... but here's the thing.... this was all done by a MANAGER. If this was an ordinary worker I could understand the unprofessionalism, but the staff that usually opens the doors get to us right away with a smile on their faces. Sure those said staff may forget something here n there out of coincidence but were always happy to compensate for the inconvenience (n I never gave them additude or ask to be compensated). IT WAS FREEZING OUTSIDE & we had a baby, I shouldn't have to be feeling like someone's going to spit or worse in my food because I knocked on the door 30mins past open with no other customers. My spouse lost the receipt, so luckily I'm not calling the number. But the manager in grey had no name tag, she was Hispanic with straight, dark brown/black hair in a ponytail, working with a younger male who was I guess the cook/new employee.
