this place has horrible service. i drove up to the drive through and the closing female manager was taking my order & she proceeded to have an attitude the whole time taking our order & i near the end i said ‘ anything else ‘ as if i was taking n order so me & my passengers started laughing. & she laughed as well, we pulled up the the window & she hands us our drinks & theres an extra one , & i said ‘ are u charging us for the right order because theres an extra drink ‘ & she said ‘ i asked you specifically & you said you wanted the combos ‘ & thats & i said thats right i but i meant one combo and one extra taco & she seemed like she was gonna tho a hissy fit & as if it was so hard to change it. so i proceed to say ‘ its okay its fine ill just take it ‘ & she charged me & we got home & the order was completely wrong . i went back & before 12:00 ( the closing time ) it was already closed . so i pull forward to the window & the manager is looking at me the whole time i can see her & she ignores me . finally after about 5 minutes of waiting she comes & hands us our food she forget & slams the window . IT WAS WRONG AGAIN . a different lady came & was being so nice & i told her i now want a refund for the mistake & i want my food fixed & she came yelling “ if you wanted a refund you could have said that !! “ she proceeded to almost throw the food at us when she came back to the window . & when she handed me my money she said “ there , happy !?! “ but she should not be a manager no where . i work in fast food as well & she has so skill in...
Read moreFood prices keep going up and the quality of the food keeps going down. I don't know how you could screw up a bean and cheese burrito but they managed to every time. And now it cost $2.19. Seems it wasn't that long ago a bean burrito was 59 cents and then 69 cents. Then somewhere along the line it just skyrocketed. You can't hardly eat at Taco Bell for under 10 bucks after taxes anymore. For about $2 more I can be waited on while served at a clean table on a clean floor and be treated like a human being. If I ever go back to this Taco Bell it'll be out of sheer hunger and desperation. Dirty tables, dirty floor, even the kitchen was dirty from what I could see of it. All while the employees and manager chit chat in the back while no customers in the front and no customers in the drive-thru. Whatever happened to if you got time to lean you've got time to clean? Even managers are useless at all fast food restaurants now. They think they have to be nice to the employees. If the employees aren't doing their job you don't need to be nice. And these children fresh out of high school think they're worth...

Those employees are human beings who deserve to be respected not talked down to and especially in front of customers.When I address this to the manager Alicia she didn’t want to hear our concerns and rolled her eyes , had attitude and stated she didn’t ask for our advise also that all managers are like that -general manager as well. I have yet to get a call back from anyone regarding this issue.Also joe stated they were short staffed and told us to use to kiosk to order , yet when we asked one employee for the managers name and trainee they then sent the employee home for telling us. That whole experience was just a sad situation.
