Taqueria Jalisco #5 — Restaurant in San Antonio

Me and my daughters been going to this restaurant for Almost a year and every day we go order tacos and just this last week September 2024 I’m going to the new month of October 2024 I have been missing tacos and every time I call back it’s an issue and they’re like what did you count it right? Did we give you extra tacos? Did we do this or do that like if I already touched the taco you’re not supposed to take it back that’s nasty. Lol you’re just supposed to say you know OK yes ma’am did you wanna come back up here? Did you want to replace your tacos? Did you wanna come another time? I have not been getting that I’ve been getting arguments back and not trying to replace my food and it’s like I go there every day so how is it that you don’t know and you’re asking me if I’m doing this and doing that and I’m lying like why would I sit here and call you in the middle of my morning conversation about money I spent and I didn’t get my food for like what are we talking about? I’m very highly upset because they have been doing so good but after these little incidents, I’m just not comfortable . To war there no more when I walk in the ladies don’t even look at you. They just walked past you and just say good morning like very rude so I do go back to get my tacos because I did spend a lot of money &’ I go back and that lady’s don’t even smile they just pass me my tacos when I walk in I get home my daughter takes a bite and she like mom there somthing in my mouth … I’m like spit it out this hard piece of idk from their kitchen what my daughter taco and almost swallowed it … she doesn’t even want to eat any more...

If I could I would leave no stars me and my husband have been going here for a year and always got good service but this last time we went was on the 30th of October we were going to eat at the restaurant my husband got his big red and when he poured the soda un this oversized cup it was only a half of a cup the RUDE WAITRES NAMED PERLA !!! was nasty when addressed she got an attitude and so we decided to take our food to go when I was at counter my husband was standing behind me waiting for me when another customer got into it when I was asking for the manager that's when he pulled a knife on my husband the waitresses did nothing I asked them to call the police they did NOTHING .I managed to calm my husband down but this other customer still was moving his mouth calling names he followed us out to our car i was going to call police but we just left.I use to like this restaurant and we came all the way from East Central downtown to eat there but I doubt very seriously we will ever go back there the quality of staff has really went down and I can't spend my hard earn money on a place like this they also have stale chips and the salsa comes from a pace piranha jar or exleast taste like it so I don't recommend here I'd you want good service or good food .Spend your money somewhere...

Only come here once in a while.And now,maybe not at all. Last visit was horrible. I ordered two specials,waited about 12 minutes in line. Once I was at the window,she read the order and I said it was supposed to be 3 country guisado not one.Because I wanted the 3 taco special. She said well i asked you at the drive thru and you said yes.(not true,she never asked or stated anything). I ordered and she told me to pull up. Even though she read me my order back wrong after waiting in the line , even though she accused me of something I didn't do ,I still talked to her kindly. So as she is changing the order she says again, you told me just one. I said Ma'am I think I know what I ordered. I came here knowing, what I wanted to order. Then asked Her to give me my card back because I no longer wanted the food. She then said ,"Oh I can add ,it I'm just saying " I said No thank you ,give me back my card.That is what you should've done in the beginning but instead chose to be rude." She then argued she wasn't being rude. No time for people like that,and surely don't want to give business to people who can't choose the peaceful route.

Other than that ,only complaint is the beans. And the chorizo and egg taco. The chorizo and egg were separate...
