The food is great on a good day depending on who's making it and if they are in a good mood. some of the employees are lazy, careless, and take breaks when they arent supposed to. the soda machine has been known to run out drinks and they are almost always watered down no matter which drink you choose. the food item selection is good but I feel it doesn't live up to its true potential especially with food and drink portion sizes which forced to make you order more food or stay hungry. also when you go inside they ask you for your name to put on the receipt. dont give them your real name because other customers wont be told to give them their name and theyll simply use the order receipt number which defeats the purpose of giving them your name in the first place. I dont know whats worse sometimes ordering food with drinks here or the people you have to put up with that work here or the other customers. it depends. "I call upon the name of Jesus Christ. So today is the second time that I have order things online and then when going to get the food they say they’re out of certain things which is understandable but again Today they were supposedly out of chili and frosty’s . I said well how can I get the refund for the items they didn’t have . Their response was to call in the morning because they can’t do it rn. I wouldn’t have mind so much but they have such poor costumer service and the lack of motivation to work . instead of saying they can't do it,they should offer something else or just at least make the food they do have, be nice and fresh! Smh the food I received was trash !!! it tasted like they just had it sitting out and it wasn't hot or even warm. My fries and nuggets were hard . Honestly I think they are either just straight lazy and don’t want to work or they’re just lazy and trying to keep people’s money because how can they not fix the problem I’m sure their is a manager at night and that manger should know how to do voids and refunds. ☠️ I WAS SERVED A RAW CHICKEN SANDWICH - SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN! ☠️ I should've checked the reviews first. I should've known by the empty parking lot, but I was in a hurry and hungry. 🤷‍♂️ I ordered the Fuego chicken sandwich combo through the drive-thru and was gonna park and eat it since I had to log in for a work call. The Fuego fries were ridiculously covered w Fuego powder, and the sandwich looked decent enough. They give you a small package of Fuego Takis so you can top it off yourself. I would've rather had eaten them on the side vs the fries. After assembling my Fuego masterpiece, I was halfway done eating when I looked at the sandwich and thought, is that melted cheese? So I took a closer look and realized IT WAS COMPLETELY RAW CHICKEN!!!! 🤢 I started scraping off some more crust and sure enough the chicken fillet was still RAW! I'm not talking undercooked, but RAW! Since I was still in the parking lot I immediately went back in , asked for a manager and showed him the RAW breast. He offered to make me another, but I declined and got a refund.
