I made an order today at the drive thru. I asked at the intercom what the specials were and how to get code off app for discount in order to make my complete order. Employee wouldn’t answer my questions about app. Wouldn’t use the app for discount, started screaming and cussing at me over what I actually ordered when I told her it was wrong. She caused so much commotion, the manager came over and tried asking what the problem was and she started screaming and cussing at both of us that I stopped explaining my order and issue with app. I sat at the drive thru window for 30mins exactly. While they fought ...I was thrown my food incomplete. Half my order was missing. The code was used but the receipt doesn’t reflect any discount or proper order I placed. I wasn’t given the chance to rectify my order, they rushed me through the drive thru after waiting over hour in line, still didn’t get half the food I wanted or a drink—-my order was over 50.00$ and not even a sauce or her name. Disgusting. And as I’m trying to pull out of the drive thru, homeless men started banging on my truck that I had to rush out !!!! Never again Burger King. Lost my business forever. I’ve never had an employee anywhere act so unprofessional!!! And seems like other reviews reflect all this and still she works there. •Speaker sounds great! I could the woman very clearly and I believe she was ble to hear us more as well, she got our order correct and we had no confusions
•Got our order correct, double checked just to make sure and everything was there, no issues
•The employee who handed us our food was very positive mood and was patient as we sorted out where we rested the food in the car

Read moreStopped in for lunch. Parking can be a bit annoying due to the layout of the lot and the homeless folks that camp there. Once inside my order was taken promptly and the coupon worked fine. Got my cup and hit up the beverage bar which isn't shut off like other fast food joints have done because they find it cheaper post Covid to operate like that. After filling up my cup I went to a clean table which was a bit of a search as they had not wiped down after the main lunch rush. I was bogged down by a sticky floor while walking. If you've ever walked on a drag strip and had the sticky surface pull your shoe off you'll know what I mean. It's like the floor was mopped with soda.
