I've to Boot Barb years ago but in Monte Claire/ Upland. Very nice store, boots, accecories,, etc. Thus visit was the San Bernadino store. Very crowded with clothes racks, boots literally everywhere. The staff, young girls. They'd ask if you needed help then point where to go. Customer service was definitely lacking. One girl did eventually helped me, very nice and helpful. They didn't have what I was looking for but I did find a replacement. I'm happy with my choice. When it came time ti check out. The girl at the register was all happy and smiles while talking to the other girls but turned sour qhen she got to the register. No smile no nothing. She didn't even ask me if I wanted a box for tte boots I bought. She literally threw them in a bag and didn't even hand me the bag. Left it on the counter and walked away. Wow, never saw customer service that bad before. It's ok, I'll find another location for future shopping needs.

Im in construction and I’ve had different boots throughout the years. I tried on danners and they were really tight on my foot I wear A double E to a triple E boot so not all boots I can wear, but I did try on the thorogood boots it felt good so I bought them. Well this is them after 3 months. I can tell you that the tongue of the boot was the most challenging and most uncomfortable part of it. They need to come up with a better tongue. It was very uncomfortable. The boots didn’t last that long three months you see the back heels they were worn down faster than other boots that I’ve had. I won’t be buying $300 boots that only last three months and were very uncomfortable the wolverine that I had before that lasted a lot longer and we’re a lot more comfortable and a lot less money. I hope this helps people.

I came in with a last minute outfit crisis and met Pearl, one of the girls there. She was SO freaking helpful and was extremely dedicated to helping a girl out!!! This girl needs a raise or something because she really did everything she could to make sure I left there feeling confident with what I was wearing. Thanks Pearl, much love for ya girl!

Bootbarn is great, I love it. Service, stuff and options, quantity of options but quality ? They have to start finding a solution or will eventually lost a great portion of customers. Sears and high tech and a few others companies had same problems. Sears for example started with a 3 month warranty then 6 , 9 12 then 2 yrs but quality was also improving. I mean they had their defects like others on quality, material, assamble or bad hard soles as steel toe n torsos were pushing their regulations. I had a foot fracture well smash by those wanna be combat boots on Walmart 60 bucks back then n they were in the highest band those days with that fiber that is not steel toe well search in my notes somewhere here n take a look at my foot. Brands that you trust and they charge very well to provide you that comfort n support, trust and lasting what they honor to last. Here's the tricky part. Not because ur employer gives u free boots or voucher of 120, 160, 200, 300 and even 550 I seen and my department needs the best, oil, resistant, fire, electrical, heat, weight, 90 hrs a week 6 to 7 days a week . I had Timberland pro , wolverine, caterpillar "CAT", 2 styles, lugs, some vv I mean about 8 to 9 pairs of boots plus the ones I'm getting today , can't wait to post them in about 2 to 2.5 yrs.... come on please, really? Is so super ridiculous, absurd, mamadas, you name it, an ex co worker we were getting shoteria or high tech up to 375 voucher so we would jump on highest 350 to 399 then he goes well oh gosh I go with the best so he got his wings, lmpao.... he also was there more constantly n had his feet with blisters n juanetes n all when started with gel soles. My point is we used to get 3 pairs a year but usually all of us go to 1 or the 2nd max, but hay Mario y compita domingo spider saludos c-los, they would get 3 pairs each time to of like 100 to 120 so roughly the 400. Just to piled them on garage n limping all year but see even Payless shoes had the 19.99 on the 90's they would last you 6 to 12 mo or brake you . Not because my place of work covers with 100 or 150 in my case now. I need a 300 pair 250 min cause the cheaper the torture you will pay so in 2.5 let's say 10 pairs x I put minimum 100 on lowest n 150 on highest. So in 2 n a half madre de fockers years (2.5 yrs) my company gave me 150 times 10 is $1500 bucks n I pay low $1000 to high $1500 bucks total 2500 to THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS $3,000 DOLLARS. WOW TO GET CREDIT OF ZERO ON TAX , too much overtime n make too much plus don't forget our employer states that on benefits that they provide boots. I'm very thankful 🙏 appreciated every penny pero no mames. The free ones are those cat. Some wolverine I mean all have low n high but if I pay top n they last 5 months n look at pics. The reason is I was very embarrassed to ask for the voucher cause is once a year, how? Como? They look at me again? Part of safety but I felt like my old friends that pile them up n up. Pero me I started taking pics n showing them. Cause I'm embarrassed n more what the safety guy said to another co worker, hey wrap them on a small towel or bag and go tell boot barn for warranty n he's right but time for many of us is sacred working, sorry let me say it correctly, living at work 7 days 10, 12 to 14 daily to walk on this trash boots. Oh god you should see out of maybe just that location of 100 employees talking like u can't imagine piss n tired atleast they get Sunday off to do it but they got them young pretty ladies. They get all nervous, shy intimidated by them n then remember the wife pinching the love handle hay gordo get cheaper I need the bikini and mustache wax the pie de cure n the new fragrance of Justin beever, Timberland mix with Hugo. My point is no one will take them back for to even say oh you need a letter from company or drop them while they investigate we embarrassed of everything that's why we work 80 to 90 hrs . I'm sorry boot barn but I'm tired of just keep asking n can't buy cause remember we get boots for...

Went in to visit the store on 2/26/22 with my daughter and was looking for new boots. After trying on a few pairs of boots I made my decision and would need to return later that evening. I proceeded to the exit and was stopped from exiting as their was an associate by the name of Gilberto at the doors. He inspected me visually from head to toe, and focused on my feet and asked me "did I come in with those boots?" I replied "yes these are my boots. Why are you asking me?" Gilberto responded "just want to make sure." I then responded "Are you accusing me of shoplifting?" Gilberto did not respond and I proceeded to exit with my daughter. I returned back to the store a minute later as I felt racially profiled and requested to speak to a manager. While waiting for the manager I asked the other associates working at the cash register "is it standard procedure to ask customers leaving the store did you come in with those boots your wearing?" Gilberto comes from the back room and responds "no its not!" I ended up speaking with Lupita and Justin to express my concerns that Gilberto's actions were prejudice and racially motivated. Needless to say I will not give my business to boot barn and will not recommend my family and friends...
