Gus Jr — Restaurant in San Bernardino

I order the French toast with eggs and sausage, the chicken tender with fries and a sprite. There was only 1 car ahead of me and when you go thou the drive thru you can see inside the establishment. (((There was nobody in there))). The car infront was in and out. So I get to the window the lady working the window has a Fukk up attitude, i gave her the money for my food and she doesnt even give me my correct change i tell her and she looking at me like I'm lying and trys to play it off saying oh mybad. (((I Should Off Left Then))) she hands me my drink which was flat. I tell her it's flat and now she has this ugly stank looking face when she looks at me. She ask me to pull over to the front because idk why. So I said ok. It took almost 15 min to get my food. My eggs were salted as hell, sausage and French toast tasted funny as well. Chicken tender weren't even done and fries tasted like old fries. I go inside to let them know and there looking at me like I'm lying giving me a hard time to get my money back asking do I want something else instead. Finally got my money back and left.... I WILL NEVER EAT AGAIN AT...

Worst customers service ever. I order food from the drive thru. When I got my two soup I put it on the floor. When I did that the container popped. Because the container lid melted cause the soup was so dam hot. The soup went all over the floor on the passenger side. I told Monica the manager . I asked for them to clean my carpet she said she couldn't. she would have to ask her manager. I asked her to have her manager call me. No call. I called back asking for her managers number she would not give it to me. I asked for the customer satisfaction number in front of the restaurant. She gave me a number that didn't work. So I called a bother gus jr. Trying to get the number. I called the San bernardino location. I talked to the manager Francisco. He told me that there is no such number. So I asked for his manager number. He wouldn't give it to me. Then he hung up on me. I called him back. He started be stupid I asked for him to give me a number. He gave me the same number. I got from the Redland Blvd location. What kind of place is this!!!! I'm just asking to have them clean my carpet. And I can't even...

Came here with my friend today. I wanted a bean and cheese burrito, this is the worst bean and cheese burrito I've ever had, it was too watery also it was canned beans. I make beans so I know how fresh beans taste this these were canned beans canned beans to me is like dog food. I took a couple bites and threw it away I'll never come back here again. Two main things stuck out the burrito was watery, and it tastes like canned beans they even look like canned beans. My friend ordered a carne asada burrito but because I threw my burrito in the trash we left so I don't even know how hers came out because I dropped her off and went home. I can go to bakers drive-thru and get a much better bean burrito than here. And I'm not come promoting Baker's Drive-Thru I'm giving an example at least that Baker's Drive-Thru they make their bangs fresh every day.
