I was there April 05, 2020. When I received my food from the guy handling the drive thru, he sneezed very loud and did not cover his mouth. He looked over his shoulder to see my reaction. I parked my car and went inside the store to demand a refund. The manager gave me a refund and did not even question the employee about the issue. I stayed outside in my car for about 20 minutes and the employee was never sent home. I was very upset and in distressed because after a long day, I had to, finally, go home to my family. I called and left a message to the store supervisor, Sue. That night, I slept in a separate room thinking the worst. The following morning I received a call from Sue and we engaged in a heated but respectful conversation. Sue assured me that her employee was not sick to which I replied, " When was the last time you tested your employee?". Of course, she could not give me an answer to my question. She told me, " You are rude, do not call me again and never comeback to my restaurant". The problem, here, is that the employee should have been sent home immediately and the manager failed to do that putting at risk not just me but the rest of the customers who came after and before myself. This is clearly a violation of the health code and must be thought to all their managers, and specially, during a time like this. I would like to be contacted by someone from their corporate office since this is a franchise store and will not do anything. I want to know, what happened to the employee. If he was asked to bring a doctor's note before coming back to work or if he has been tested. Up to this day, I feel uneasy about this incident and I can not help it to think that the employee could...

I rarely choose to eat out at McDonald's but when I do my order is fairly simple: two double hamburgers without cheese (you'll see the explanation for this later because a doy! hamburgers do not come with cheese), ketchup and mayo only with a fresh large fry. Creature of habit mostly, if you will. This location (mostly the other two located on Barton and further down on Redlands Blvd) always, always, ALWAYS provide an inaccurate order for me 9.9 times out of 10 resulting in my choice of fast food being elsewhere.
There is always cheese on the hamburgers even after saying no cheese AND lukewarm fries, a large fry box only half filled and/or spilled into the bag to look like it's full (tactic perhaps! 🤔), fries that have been sitting in oil too long or old oil, or if they are fresh they're unsalted. When I check my receipt (which I always have to do) I have to correct the cashier, again. When I pull up after being assured my order will be correct at the next window, I may get one correct burger sitting atop an incorrect one, one or both missing mayo, one without any sauce, and so many other incorrect combinations that is mind blowing. Then they take an additional 20 minutes to get my order correct, I cannot kid you not.
It's hard not to return after many, many moons even with all the issues for I have hope that someday, one day I can enjoy what I pay for.
There's only one question I truly have: what's the point of the entire crew wearing headsets if no one bothers to listen...
Read moreWow where do I even start?. They never give you a chance to put your card or your change in your wallet or put it away before they're shoving stuff out the service window into your face. Pay attention to detail and watch what the customers doing before you try to pass them either they're change or their credit card as you let your hand stick out the window in the side of their face while they're in the process of trying to put stuff away. Next, when you go to pick up your food. Once again they're not giving you a chance to put anything away while they dangle your soda or your food out the window while you're trying to get ready to take it from them. Then you constantly have to remind them about condiments and napkins and they never explain to you where the straw is. I didn't realize you have to go through a whole list of things before you leave just to make sure that you have it!. Never had this issue in the past but now all of a sudden they just want to get you out of there and don't care if anything is packaged properly or if you have the right order!. Oh don't get me started on cold fries!. 9 times out of 10 my...
