This ham is amazingly good!! However, definitely do not wait until a week before Thanksgiving to pickup! While we purchased and paid online and were told our pick up was ready, we were still expected to wait in line with the masses. We waited just over an hour to get through the doors to pick up our ham. it seems that most people "reserved" their ham online so they were waiting in line to pickup and pay, however, we pre-paid so there should’ve been a separate line for that. When we got up to the counter, the staff were surprised that the order was already paid for making me believe that we could’ve just bypassed the super long line. My youngest daughter wanted to try a Honeybaked ham for Easter. I was raised on it, but stopped eating pork in high school. I had no idea the customer service was going to so amazing. The employees are extremely helpful. They will answer a million questions without hesitation. They also make great recommendations. From the time you walk through the door, you are treated so kindly!!!! My plan was to visit the Upland location, but after visiting here, I'll make the 30 min drive, because of the customer service!!!!! I ended up buying ham and turkey!
