Jack in the Box — Restaurant in San Bruno

I used to like getting food from this Jack In The Box. But, recently I placed an order in the mobile app. When I got to the restaurant, it was closed when it was supposed to be open, (even had a handwritten note on the door saying closed,) so I wasn't able to get the food I'd already paid for. I went back a few days later. The person in charge was very rude, claimed there was no way the restaurant could have been closed, didn't believe me when I showed her pictures I took, and basically accused me of trying to steal their food. After I left, I called the phone number on the restaurant, and also submitted the contact form online. I never heard back, and finally ended up disputing the charge with my credit card.

This was the absolute worst customer service I've had in a very long time! Well, in the process of keeping me from "stealing" $7 of food, they lost the business of someone who otherwise would've spent a lot of money there in the future. I have no plans to eat here...

Jack in the box was and remains one of my more favorite fast food chains for quick, hot and tasty fresh grubb. But as with any such establishment in the last 15 years or so, you "NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO GET!" That's totally ok when it comes to "Auntie May's" Christmas bonbons assortement of the "third kind"! Uncertanty of quality, freshness of the product and the process requirement necessity achieved, shouldn't be something anyone, on their meal breaks or quick grab missions, may it be for indoor food purchase, with family in tow, or just as an individual at the drive through. But it varies from place to place, unfortunately! I've had great experiences at one place, and not so satisfying ones at others. Or even changes in food quality and taste at the same establishment on a different day. But overall still within acceptable range. 75% satisfaction overall to my observations! Don’t go here , I went to drive through got number # 10 (spicy chicken) when I came to parking lot to eat my food it stinks the food is unhealthy and when I go back to change my food they closed the door I was there for 15 minutes they did not opened the door . Not sure why safety department does not check on them , complete disaster. There was another family with kids in the car told me they ordered online and they were not able to receive their food because they closed the door , a 100% fraud . The owner can’t deny of all these issue because CCTV is all over and I am sure he/she know everything , better be safe and change your location , good luck if read this review and still want to order from this store .
