Ming's — Restaurant in San Bruno

Mings restaurant: when you go to mings just like any other dining in or take out restaurant you expect a certain level of decency and respect...corect? Well there are times when weve all experienced unpleasant or discourteous encounters while dining rather it be a waitress or angry Patron complaining about somthing behind you. For me wild in Ming's restaurant after receiving food that I had ordered which was orange chicken and the combination shown me I had asked for soy sauce of course though having big plates you'd wonder if you can have a little extra soy sauce I went to one of the empty tables and use their poor out of all soy sauce and oh boy was that a huge mistake apparently that means you're not allowed to do such a thing don't use their soy sauce they said to me they said I already have soy sauce in my bag two packets of soy sauce for two large containers of food I said yes I know that but I would like to use some of this . the women inside told me what do i need more soy sauce for and that i dont need it which was alsogiven with dirty looks and scowling stares as they huddled together talking in another language and pionting at me. The piont is if you dont want to be stared at or talked down or possibly talked trash about to behind your back and put down for wanting what you like or puting what you like on your food I would highly sugest not going to mings

Older lady super rude today is raining and windy, super cold. We walk in three of us we asked for a table away from the door more closer in and she says no you sit at the one by the door.🤔 So I thought maybe she doesn't understand me. I say it's very cold we want to sit away from the wind so no door. She says no no no so I ask again because I see three other round tables, so I say can I sit there, she says you must order a lot of food to sit at a four to 5 people I say do you have a table 3 people that's not by the door she says no. So me and my party walk out and eat somewhere else. Very sad that she is so rude to customers it's very bad for her business sorry to say but I will never come here and never recommend anyone to go there with the service so very poorly that they scare...

Got takeout here once before, and it was great. Came here for lunch today, and an Asian lady in her 50's wanted to seat us near the door . It was super cold and windy, so I asked if we could get a seat further from the door. She got super angry, and shouted "there is only two of you". I asked her "do you have a table further from the door?" and she angrily said "no" and walked off.

I pointed to a table for two that was dirty, but further away from the door, and asked "could you please clean that table so we can sit there?", she was obviously still angry and said "you have to wait".

We had no problem waiting for them to clean it, but decided not to give our money to rude people, so we left and went to the nice Thai place...
