Wendy's — Restaurant in San Bruno

I went to this Wendy's tonight. I was having a hard time with my thoughts and emotions and was really in a bad place. Even though I messed up the order because of my poor communication. The man who was working the drive thru didn't get upset, he was very nice, kind and generous.

I really couldn't take one more person yelling at me or making me feel completely small.

Even though it was something extremely small. This guy changed my night and now I am eating and going to get help for my mental health issue.

Sometimes little things like being nice or having someone not get mad at another person for a small mistake goes along way because we may not know what that person is going through. I called the Wendy phone and left them a message about this worker. On the receipt it states Corina. But, it was a male black hair with glass. Kind man.

I ordered at 9:30 pm on Feb 7,2023. If you ever see this review. Amount was 10.10 but than 6.04

Can't say too much about the burgers but the salad is another issue. On September 12, 2019 I had their Southwest Avocado Salad and it made me throw up and get a rash on my arm. The rash extended from the left side of my chest to just above my elbow.

I called to warn them about what happened and was offered a voucher for another salad. Wow!! So I explained again this time in Spanish. I was asked if I wanted my money back. So not the point!! I asked if they could check their salads for something abnormal because it would not be a good thing for someone else to experience what I had gone through.

Being that they didn't sound too convincing, I am writing this review to warn others so you don't have the same...

I order protein style burger, but got it with a bun.. I have a gluten allergy which they probably wouldn't know unless they have allergies themselves. I also order large chili with onions and cheese on the side, but they decided to put it in with my chili. I also got a small peppermint frosty. One of the staff that gave me my order was confused with his co-worker saying that I didn't get charged for my frosty. But I showed them my receipt which I never got back cause he threw it away. I had a feeling they messed up somewhere but didn't follow my gut feeling. I'm disappointed today, usually they are on...
