I placed an online order at 6:02 pm and was given a pickup time of 6:20 pm. I arrived at 6:22 pm and there were maybe 3 people waiting for pickup orders and 2 people in line ordering. All 4 staff (that I could see) were working the counter and helping those placing in store orders. I could see 3 ignored receipts for to go orders still sitting on the printer. A gentleman asked about his order and the manager snapped at him saying they still had 10 minutes before his order was due. At this point, my order was 10 minutes overdue so I inquired and the manager just said yeah we’re working them in the order received. 10 minutes later I asked again and was ignored. Turns out they were working the orders backwards. My order was 4 items and when it was finally picked up, 1 person worked it (manager directed them each to work individual orders which resulted in chaos - everyone grabbing for the same things, to go boxes piling up, staff clearly frustrated). It took another 15 minutes for my order to be made. I would’ve left but couldn’t get anyone’s attention to refund me. Left finally at 7:02 without even noticing I didn’t have my drinks I purchased.

Read moreHonestly if I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered online at 6pm. Was told it would be ready at 620pm. I did not receive my food until 710pm. The customer service was non existent, the bathrooms and inside were disgusting. There was one person standing doing nothing while others were slowly trying to catch up. If I could have figured out how to get a refund I would have, but since I ordered online and couldn't get anyone's attention to inquire about this, I left with my food and a very negative experience of this restaurant. I will not be going back, not when Tijuana Flatts, chipolte and Moe's offer the same items and have their orders ready at the time given to their customers.

Read moreI was honestly excited at first to try Bubbakoo’s Burritos but once I actually went inside the store to order food and actually ate the food I was extremely disappointed. There was no one else there expect my boyfriend and I and the two workers which already seemed off. I figured since it is newer it would be busier but no customers were in sight. The young guy was the one to greet us and the only one that had good customer service. The meat was very dry looking and the ingredients did not look fresh. The rice has absolutely no taste at all. The burrito I had was cold. The portions are very small compared to what you get at Moe’s or Chipotle. The price for what you get is just not worth it and the food is gross - not enjoyable whatsoever. Portions need to be bigger and food needs some taste. I honestly would not go back. Usually I don’t leave many reviews but reading the 1 star reviews on here are pretty accurate and I see that I have had a similar experience as other customers.
