Veteran owned business, hoorah! Manager and his sister are expeditious, and efficient as well as customer centric. All others working at this location are incompetent. They seem hindered whenever a client walks in, as they rather mess around gossiping. Cannot give a recommendation, even though I'd like to Edit: As a follow on issue, I came in today and manager (owners son) did not know proper operation of smoothie king app for payment resolution. Provided opportunity and resources to solve the issue, to which he replied "this doesnt affect our business". Order was cut to 25% of original order amount in Hope's of stimulating proper training for customer service and client resolutions moving forward. I walked in and two guys said no words one with AirPods, and didn’t even ask me what I wanted to order I just had to start telling him my order for him to speak. I’m sorry, but you should never be working with AirPods in that’s just disrespectful and also at least at the bare minimum acknowledge your customers. He also made my smoothie horrible and I always get smoothies from smoothie king at this location, and I’ve never had any issues. Read moreI’m trying to leave praise for the Estero location but it’s not an option on the Smoothie King website’s location menu. I just have to complement Dane and Jeanna for their excellent service. In addition to them making us great smoothies, they both went above and beyond with menu suggestions and their personalities make us want to keep returning back (we went twice in one day!) because they are so warm and welcoming. We visit a lot of SK all over the country and this is by far the best service we’ve had. My 6 year old son even said “mom they’re so nice!” Way to go...
