I was really excited to see this extension of Sunshine HK Cafe as a kiosk stand for classic Chinese street food bites. I was even happier to see vegetarian options in every category they offer. I went twice and tried the jian bing, veggie custom rice roll called nòi mì tǔan in Mandarin. I really enjoyed the fillings which are a combination of vermicelli, carrots, jicama, lettuce and black wood ear. The rice roll had pickled mustard greens, a marinated egg, and veggie floss generally made of mushroom. It’s rare to find these items be veggie friendly and I really appreciate the ingenuity. A couple of areas of improvement are that the vegan floss tasted a bit old/stale and there is a 15-20 minute wait for your order. It’s definitely more of a to-go place as there’s only one standing table and sidewalk bench. Overall I’m really happy this place is here and will be back to...

I truly don’t want to write this review and tried to call the restaurant to offer my feedback, but there isn’t a listed phone number or ability to text. So here it goes

I ordered the halloomi salad, chargrilled chicken and chargrilled taook. The salad was delicious and everything else wasn’t. The taook was tasteless and 1/2 were undercooked, I had to spit one out and cook the rest, the hummus tasteless and the toom had no flavors of toom (garlic). It was super disappointing. I want this restaurant to make it but you all have work to do on the flavors and quality control of of your food. And please add a phone number or method to contact you , after all, if you care about your customers, how else are you going to serve them quickly when...

This was our first time eating here. We were only customers at the time but they opened about 15 minutes prior so it was not busy at all. They have this really large tablet-like screen at the entrance where you make the order and pay. As great it is to see the pictures of items you are ordering, the human interaction is missing. Food took a little bit longer than expected but it wasn't very late. It was brought to us by a cook. No utensils were provided. Utensils were inside as well as napkins, all self serve. The food was good. The place lacked human interaction. It's great for take out but i would not...

Lots of awesome flavors. So worth it, especially because I had never tasted anything like it before. The salad was super healthy and had the coolest tangy sauce. I recommend the steak -can't remember what it's called. So tasty. The owners were there, and showed a lot of respect! I think that makes such a difference. Would highly recommend this place for lunch, it was served fast, or dinner take-out. Don't miss the sign, it's a small place. I feel dumb not noticing this place was there, so I hope people see the review!
