3/22/2018 9:55:26 am I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and a drink ! A I asked for a egg and cheese biscuit no meat . The person in the back didn’t get that memo I’m guessing because she made a sausage biscuit , I can’t eat meat it will kill me. She takes it immediately and I notice that she not wearing any gloves and she just wiped her nose with her wrist and hand on her apron that didn’t look anywhere near clean. I don’t understand the confusion it was only two people in the store at the time and not busy . As in only two employees . I asked a gentlemen by the name of Alejandro if it was mandatory for them to wear gloves ,knowing the answer as a kid I’ve worked in fast food industry/ and local pubs . He said yes and without looking says she’s wearing gloves , I raise my eyebrows and he turns around and in Spanish says to her to put her glove on but states that I’m complaining not knowing I understand and fluent in 5 different languages including Spanish . The cook began to mock me in Spanish as well . As I sat down in awww , they begin to make jokes and and point and laugh and stare from the back . Never again will I come here or support the chain it self but as constructive criticism goes it wasn’t well recieved as a positive reinforcement to do the right thing. Quality has dropped and so have the expectations of your employees. I've had this combo on several occasions. I took only one bite of this burger - never once have I ever experienced such a vile patty. The meat was certainly old, had discolored, and was noticeably odorous. By far and away, it was the most disgusting thing I've ever gotten from a Carl's Jr.
Unfortunately, the little bit I had eaten had turned my stomach, and I could not leave work to visit the restaurant again.
On April 3, 2019, I contacted Ria at Carl's Jr customer service, who sent me an automated reply. Her email said that the issue was forwarded to the necessary management. I haven't heard a thing, two weeks and counting.
No contact was ever made, no reimbursement for the $12.81 spent on literally old food, no meal voucher. In fact, absolutely nothing at all was done for nearly poisoning their customer.
Unfortunately, Carl's Jr. has not done anything to rectify this issue and has not stood behind the quality of their food at this location.
I vow to never visit a Carl's Jr. restaurant ever again if they do not reach out...

Their service was faster then the one I normally would go to but it's not worth the extra time saved (or drive for me) if I get served by that lady ever again. She was BEYOND rude to us. me and my friend were making 2 separate orders and it wasn't like there was a long line (we were the only ones there)! But she starting giving us an attitude and rushing our order. I cant remember if I had asked a question about a coupon or the food, but she acted like I insulted her family or something. And she didn't give us our receipt after we asked for it. We asked for sauce and she was mad about that too! So I told her I changed my mind and wouldn't be ordering and she slammed the window. Crazy lady...
The food is good though, and I'd think the service is fast most...
