Taco Bell — Restaurant in San Clemente

So my wife and kid love this place, not a fan personally but I go here all the time. We order a mini quesadilla with no sauce for my 4 year old and about 25% of the time they put sauce in anyway. Anybody who has had a toddler or young child scream because there food is too spicy can relate. How hard is it to just leave the sauce out? You can't check the thing before you leave. You're not going to drive back for a 99 cent quesadilla!

Just updating, my kid 8 is years old now and gets crunchy chicken tacos with no veggies. Again about 20 percent of the time they put the lettuce in there anyway. At least he doesn't throw tantrums anymore. There is just this sad disappointment. I laboriously pick all the lettuce out as usual but this time it was almost all lettuce. There was not enough chicken and cheese to even make one reasonable taco. I'm hoping these experiences will make him not want to go...

Got my card info stolen at this drive thru when I when went in to inform them the manager was looking at me rude questioning me like I was lying I never use my debit I showed her the exact charge then right after the illegal charge back to back when I said it was a male driver an I believed Thursday she said they have no male staff it’s an all female staff an then I realized oh sorry it was Friday not Thursday the manager changed and goes oh yes we do have a male Fridays I said you just said your an all female staff but becuz I said the wrong day like what . DO NOT GO HERE . MY husband and I eat here ALL the time. He loves taco bell. The staff here is always so nice to us too. And they're pretty fast. Only complaint is they do mess the order up a lot. It's not really a big deal to us cause we just come back around and they fix it. Sometimes since they mess it up they give us extra stuff so that's nice (and totally worth it to me). They even allowed us to come back the next day when they forgot something (a lot of restaurants wouldn't allow that) which is nice cause I'd hate to drive all the way back out for one taco. (We normally order too much food anyway). Also I love how they aren't stingy on the hot sauce. Sometimes they give too much but now I have a collection at home for taco nights. I'll never have to buy taco...
