Albertaco's Mexican Food — Restaurant in San Diego

So disappointed... We used to live in Vista for two years, and that Albertaco's was our favorite spot for Mexican food. It's always fresh and tasty. But this location - I don't know why it's so bad. We ordered our favorite items from the menu - Colorado burrito for me, and chile relleno combo plate for my husband. Well, Colorado burrito supposed to come with grilled chicken, french fries, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream. What I've got, was totally different, looked like they put all leftovers they had in my burrito. There was grilled meat (looks like pork), mixed with rice and french fries, too salty and too spicy, and nothing else inside. No, it's definitely not Colorado burrito from Albertaco's, not even close to. And I think the purpose of excessive salt and spices was to cover the taste of not very fresh products. Well, it went straight to trash can, as it's impossible to eat that. My husband, instead of combo plate, got a single one chile relleno, just one, nothing else. It supposed to two of them, and they usually come with rice, refried beans, and lettuce. I mean, now we understand why this place has such a low rating. Never again. And this is the second 1 star review in my experience, for more than 3 years. Whoever owns this place, send your cooks to Vista location for orientation, may be they will find out how to make a food fresh and tasty. Otherwise, it's not gonna work. I went here last night, and it wasn't busy at all. I was the only one in the drive through, and after being very precise with my order, 1 California burrito and 1 carne aside burrito, I moved up to the window where I was given the wrong order. This whole drive through took approximately 10 minutes when I was the only one there. I pulled through and parked, where I walked up to the window where I told them what happened and asked if I could have the burrito that I paid for. The woman who helped me was extremely rude and unhelpful. She argued with me and had the audacity to tell me I couldn't have the food that I was charged for. It was almost 20 minutes before I got the food that I paid for. I will never come back and I would give them 0 stars...

UPDATE, i got a bacteria called shigella , 3 hours after i ate from hereo its 4th of July right now. Fam out here and come to this mexican food place for the first time. Mind you, i live down the street and never heard anything about this spot. So the fam and i order our food. Pull up and have to reorder everything. Im nor trippin so dude took our order again and i thought he had it, but he kept coming back asking what i just said.
