UPDATE, So in the reply from the business, I was asked to email the GM about the experience I had there & I did as asked to do, its been 6 days since I sent the GM a email & still have not received any communication from him/her. I mean why even bother asking customers to reach out to their GM, if the GM isn't going to even acknowledge the email. Maybe they tried calling & left me a VM, I'll have to double check that & will update if they did, but I don't believe I received one to date. I don't know about the rest of you, but if this is their idea of customer service, it makes me what that say about the quality of the food they serve & send out? It seems like I didn't just wast my entire lunch break by wanting to try this new spot out, but apparently I also wasted my time reaching out to theor Gm via email as they requested i do* I get this place has college students that work here. I went out of my way to find parking being its in the SDSU area & come to find out i couldn't even order anything because my temp bank card doesn't tap. The cashier didn't know how to use a swipe debit card to pay for what I ordered & they don't accept cash. When I asked if she could check in with management about why the swipe reader wasn't working, she said they didn't have anyone there & they where in Italy at the time & they haven't assigned a manager there yet. Really?!?! By the time all was said and done I had to go back to work & ended my lunch break without anything to eat. It sucks that i had to go w/o eating anything for lunch with another 4.5 hours left of work & I'm already starving. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth & not sure it's worth my trying this place out again. It's one thing not to accept cash, but to not be able to use a debit card that doesn't tap is just crazy! My dumb luck for wanting to try a new pasta place on lunch break to support a...
Read moreThe food was good and pretty cheap for the portion they gave(It was good is what I am saying, what I am paying for). But my real only complaint is that I asked for a cake ice cream and it was moldy when I opened it. The thing was sealed shut before I bought it then brought it home to eat. Im only posting this review because I don’t want anyone else eating moldy food. So whoever may read this, maybe check your food before you go home? And for perhaps the establishment please check your food, I couldn’t care less about the money I lost(Well I do but) my real concern is I was just very sad I couldn’t eat my food. I don’t want to make it bigger than it is but please just check :( (Here is proof and my receipt, I censored the person who gave my food bc they are very sweet and wouldn’t be fair to put them on blast for something they didn’t know, maybe they did but I want to give the benefit...
