The food was good. My family ordered a variety of the BBQ plates. BBQ chicken and beef bowl plus musubi and chicken katsu. The child portion was plenty it came with one side, we chose macaroni salad. For the BBQ bowl, it came with 2 scoops of rice and steamed veggies, I didn't eat all.of.the rice. Musubi was okay, too much rice though. I got the seafood platter with 2 scoops of Mac salad and 1 scoop of rice. I paid the upcharge. My order was wrong. I got 2 scoops of rice and 1 Mac salad. When we took it to the counter, she wanted my plate back instead of giving me the extra scoop of Mac salad, she acted like she remade it. This food made me sick. It was obviously old and should not have been served. I reached out to customer support but never got a response. A simple apology would've sufficed. The chicken felt rubbery, almost as if it had spoiled. It almost caused me to vomit. The pork had very little flavor as did the macaroni and rice. I will never return to this restaurant.
