At 8:30pm, I went to the drive-thru to order food. I noticed 3 staff was dancing inside the store and listening to music. Open-sign light was still on. When I waved my hand at them to order, the staff (Female with blue/greenish hair) made an eye contact with me and immediately turned back to me and refuses to interact with me. Another gentlemen (Hispanic, mid-aged male staff) used his finger to tell me to leave with no explanation or service. I expected a better service from this place since I have visited multiple times when my job was near by. Very disappointed and hope staff learn customer-centered service which is essential now days to run the business. Although my review will not go through them or they won't even bother to listen however, to take a bigger position or move to higher organizations, customer service is key element for them to learn before they move on...

Ordered through the app makes it fast easy and you get rewards. I got my favorite Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger w/ Natural Cut Fries & Dr. Pepper. It was hot & ready the moment I arrived. I really appreciated the advertisement for new 100% White Meat hand breaded chicken advertisement sticker covering the straw hole. Keeps things from getting in my drink and informed me of new products. They had clean restrooms available for use.

The drive-through was closed when we went, and the food was not what I remember at all. The milkshakes are good enough, but the burgers leave a lot to be desired. The staff was helpful, but going inside is dismal.

2 times in less than 2 months that this location has charged my card double for random amounts while they take my card at the drive thru! Different charges!! One of the times they even "forgot" to give my card back and as soon as I got their attention at the window that she forgot to give it back it had already been swiped again with a completely different charge. When I realized there was no receipt in the bag and walked in to get one and bring up the extra charge for a completely different amount the lady was rude and annoyed to have to pay back the money. The other time I had to have my bank fight the charge since this same lady didnt give a receipt for the other time and it wasnt until later that I noticed the 2nd charge. How is it possible these things keep happening at this location??? I honestly feel like they are running peoples cards multiple times to pocket money or food. Not sure what is going on but this being the 2nd time in 2 months...something sketchy is going on. We will not be back. There is a scam happening here. I should also add that I believe it is the manager who was dealt with during these 2 incidents, rude when we ask about OUR stolen money and multiple card transactions....

Today I went to buy a double famous star meal I asked for no mustard no pickles please medium sized Coke and easy salt on my fries I don't think it's worth having to go back twice because I got my order wrong with my burger I go back to get it redone and they give me burnt fries with no salt this needs to stop you're working and thanks to us buying food you have a job what you're creating is people actually creating the willpower to not buy fast food and for me to say that it's a lot because I rather honestly cook at home then keep wasting my time giving fast food restaurants chance after chance I already have to go twice all the way from City heights to aero drive just because I so happen to buy my food there my son goes to school any apps for a meal you would think it's good for you to do a good job for us to want to buy food from you it's so expensive it's not outrageous to get the order right especially with what you guys are charging for one Burger one fry and one drink get the order right and stop wasting your time especially when I have it filmed she's telling me that I'm lying...

Good Lord... avoid at all costs. The employees were fairly clueless. I was behind one person, one person only. I was still able to go to the bathroom, wash my hands, and come back and that person was still waiting.

Now I know we want it our way right away, but I'm serious when I think it took almost 15 minutes to get a freaking grilled chicken and fries.

And the sandwich looked like roadkill LOL. It was like CalTrans thought it was a rough spot in the parking lot and gave it a once over with a 5 ton flattener roller thingy!

I felt Jewish, like I was in some kind of festival because the bread was unleavened!! I mean it was as flat as Joe Biden's IQ. It was so flat, I almost called AAA for help!!

And to top it off of, thanks to leftist liberals making fast food the new middle class income, it was like $12 I think total.

Just don't go there man, don't do it. I'm warning you, just don't do it. Tell yourself, I want to live, I...
