I was in here on 4/22/24 at 8:50pm . The Mexican lady is the most rude employee I’ve ever met a a cold stone ! & let me tell you I’m always at a cold stone like I own one . I got a banana Carmel crunch with half a banana .First off she tried to give me the butt end of the banana then ask me if I wanted more I said yes. Then she gives me another small ol piece she didn’t blend the Carmel in there right so I’m like can I have another piece . She was RUDE I’ve been doing customer service since I was 16 & I’m about to be 30 in June so I’m not being a Karen idc if it’s the end of the day you should still be kind . I asked her why she was charging me an additional 1.69 x2 she said oh b/c you gotta extra banana sweet heart banana is the MAIN ingredient in the banana Carmel crunch nobody has ever charged me for adding or made it a problem & like I said I’m in cold stone weekly all up & down San Diego . I’ve been going to this cold stone over the past 3 years but in the last 3 months I’ve gone I’ve been serve by a middle eastern women who seems like she does not want to be there. She doesn’t like complicated orders but likes to upcharge and makes excuses on why it’s that way, why we can’t mix, why we can’t use coupons in our orders and once I let her know I’ve never ran into this issues before it’s she explains it’s because she needs to teach the others correctly. My husband paid them a visit the next day and requested to look at the packaging containers they have in the back and they said PEANUT BUTTER. Workers were "not aware."
The only thing the Supervisor said was that "they aren't in charge of labeling the serving containers it's corporate labels they can't change them" and that" they're not a nut free facility" so they can't do anything.
