Our newest and favorite tea shop! Been here many times since soft opening. TP stands for Taiwan Professional. You have to get the QQ noodle over boba or get both! You’ll find QQ noodle specifically only at TP locations. They are same as boba but in noodle strand shape. Their tea base is ultra quality, bold and strong.

We have tried:

-TGY Family Milk tea - they steep the loose teas and I love how you could taste the quality and strength. It was strong. Had a lot of toppings that I’m not into. Next time, I’ll just get the milk tea alone.

-Mango matcha latte - It was blended and thick but once it melted, the drink was refreshing with the mango. Different than strawberry.

-Strawberry milk tea smoothie - I couldn’t tell if there were any tea in this one but for sure hit the spot on a hot day with the strawberry fruitiness.

-Classic milk tea with QQ noodle topping - not sure if it’s the same drink base as TGY family milk tea because the quality of tea in this one wasn’t the same as the TGY. Could be a batch thing or different person making it. Still good and QQ noodles are so fun to slurp.

-Golden Osmanthus Aiyu Lemonade- I’m a milk tea lover not fruit tea but by far I loved this! Reminded me of salted plum drink.

-Brown sugar boba fresh milk tea - very few places make brown sugar that I like and I’m happy to say this is top 5.

-Winter melon fresh milk tea - out of all the drinks, this one was my least favorite. I didn’t get that earthy caramelized melon flavor.

Overall, great location, lots of parking. The service is super quick and they could handle the crowd during soft opening. Not many tables indoor but there are plenty outside from their neighbors. We’ll be back...

Fantastic Boba and Real Ingredients! This boba shop is an absolute gem! It's clear they prioritize quality and real ingredients, which makes a massive difference in the taste and overall experience. You won't find any of that artificial, powdered chemical taste here—everything tastes fresh and authentic. Their standard tea is excellent, offering a robust and delicious base for their drinks. A huge plus is how amazing the zero sugar options taste; they manage to maintain great flavor without the sweetness, which is hard to pull off. My daughter is obsessed with the Strawberry Milk Smoothie. It's completely caffeine-free and a fantastic, worry-free treat for kids. For the adults, the Strawberry Matcha is a must-try. Not only is it delicious, but it's also absolutely gorgeous and super Instagrammable! And on a hot day, their Mango Iced Tea is the perfect choice—it's light, refreshing, and incredibly satisfying. It's refreshing to find a place that uses real ingredients. Whether you're a boba aficionado or looking for a great caffeine-free option for your kids, this shop has something wonderful for everyone....

we went recently on the second weekend since their soft opening and the service and quality was pleasant enough.

we ordered: tie guan yin fresh milk latte, sesame iron goddess mt, and Taiwan classic mt. we got everything in original adjustments (except the taiwan classic at 80% sugar).

the tie guan yin latte was well done, it was a much stronger flavor, like the employee told me, even when the fresh milk is mixed w the tea; it reminds me sorta like a small roast of oolong tea w a breath of sencha(?) since its a bit deeper.

the taiwan class at 80% sugar was a great pick for us since theres several toppings, its was the right amount of sweetness while having a solid milk tea base to go with it.

the sesame iron goddess has high hopes for us since we love iron goddess base milk teas, but the sesame overpowered the iron goddess taste more, hopefully they will allow adjustments for the sesame in it.

overall the store has a pretty good open-space vibe, just a bit small, and the service was within 10-13mins...
