Ordering here prior to my bad experience was fine. Firstly I was emailed a coupon from dominos for a free pizza and the site wouldn’t let me use it. I called the store to see if he could type in the code I had for it but he said he couldn’t. He acted as if I was making up the coupon and told me I could only use the coupons on the site. I decided to order online without the coupon. My husband and I ordered two pizzas and two boneless wings and the wings were fine. The pizzas were undercooked and overcooked at the same time. The crust was thin and hard but it was still doughy. Very unappetizing for myself but my husband didn’t care so he was going to take both. I reported a problem on the site and then received a 20% off coupon which I used to order myself another pizza to see if it would be better instead of complaining right away. It was actually worse so I decided to call the store to let them know about the pizzas. I spoke to a woman named Rose who said she would replace all the pizzas but I said no because my husband was going to eat the first two and to just replace the third one I had ordered. Rose asked for my address and what pizza I ordered and said they would replace it as soon as possible. I thanked her and said sorry for the inconvenience and after that nothing happened. I didn’t receive my pizza and nor did I call again to say I didn’t receive the pizza. Honestly it probably would have come out the same and I wouldn’t have eaten it anyway. Read moreI ordered a pizza 3 weeks ago that took 2 hours to get to me. the driver left the store 45 minutes before he arrived with my food and so I called to complain about the cold pizza and was told let them know next time I ordered and they would replace it. I put in a 65 dollar order tonight , called to explain about the pizza, which was only a small part of the order, and I was spending money for everything else I ordered tonight and was told that because the issue with the pizza happened 3 weeks ago, they could not help me with the replacement pizza, even though they had pulled up my previous order. They said I should have remembered the name of the person I spoke with and then upon being asked refused to give me THEIR name although when I first called the person said he was the general manager. After he said I couldn'thave my pizza or his name he very rudely hung up on me. For the second time in the conversation! I'm very offended. I have been a loyal customer for decades and have never ever encountered a person so rude in your employ. Please fix this issue. Even called right after I ordered online to ensure they got the correct order because the last couple times I ordered there were small mistakes, nothing worth refunding but of course id like to get what i actually ordered. I was assured they got my order and it would be right out. Pizza shows and I got a completely different pizza, different toppings different sauce not even close to what i ordered. I called immediately and was told they were understaffed and the manager was out on deliveries and would call me as soon as she got back. No one called. I called twice today and was told they cant issue a refund because its the next day and they dont have the ability to refund the next day so I had to wait to hear back from the general manager. I asked so she is going to call me and was told i dont know if she will. So sure, order pizza here if youre willing to risk getting whatever pizza they feel like giving you with no recourse for them.
