Co.completely rude and unprofessional... On Christmas to boot. I get people dont want to work on a holiday but if the customer is being nice, patient and understanding what's the point?!! I ordered online, waited 30mins with no updates aside from the "your order is being prepped by xyz". Called in to ask if it was possible to get an update just for the cashier to snap at me because he didn't hear my first statement and said hed hang up if I didn't fix the phone because he didn't have time to waste and was busy (if there was an issue with the phone it lasted no more than 4 seconds total). I proceeded to speak clearly and was as short with my responses as he was because I was upset but didnt want to blow it out of proportion. What gets me is the blatant lie. They could have said they were swamped and it was just taking extra time. I would have understood and waited. (I only wanted to make sure my order went through) but instead I was told that my order never went through because it was an online order... Yet somehow they miraculously knew my order and said it would be an additional 30mins wait t I'll me after the initial hour... Never asked me what my order was... I mean since it never went through... So I'm sitting here an hour and a half in hoping they have esp and know what it was that I...
Read moreWe ordered online for delivery. They're doing contact-free delivery so you have to leave them instructions on where to leave your order, which we did. Our order was taking a while, so we checked the page and it said it was delivered. We were sitting about 5 feet from our front gate the whole time, no one tried delivering anything here. We called. The girl who answered did everything short of literally calling us liars, she guaranteed us the order was delivered. She claimed the delivery man had trouble delivering because our dogs were barking at him loudly. That sounds reasonable, except we don't have dogs. Finally after seeing we weren't going to budge, she offered to cancel the order so we at least don't get charged. Now we have to wait 3 days to see the money back in our account.
UPDATE - As expected the girl who "canceled" the order didn't do it right, and we didn't get our money back. Whether she even tried cancelling it I can't know but judging from how she talked to us, I'm going to assume the worst and say she didn't. Luckily Dominos actually has decent customer service, I contacted them through Twitter, gave them our order info and they reimbursed us...
Read moreMy first review of this domino's was they are good but after tonight's experience I came home to change my rating and explain why So I guess most of my orders have been over the phone. But tonight I decided I will stop it's sunday on the way home and pick up a pizza for my grand daughters. I go in and want a bbq chicken pizza but the inexpensive one for 7.99 I was told that that was a specialty I said 799 3 toppings I want chicken bbq sauce onions. The guy was irritated by this. But I have had it before and also the specialty one for 17.00. So Here is where I have the problem. I come back in to pick up the pizza. They are laughing. No biggie. I stand by the glass there is a pizza at the end of the oven belt. Just sitting there. I'm standing there she does not get it ready she being the owner! Goes to the phone I wait like 5 min and then she gets the pizza and says here just really nasty attitude I was blown away by this.
