Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in San Diego

Ordered a medium pizza with onions, jalapeño and pineapple two days ago from the app for carry out. Went to pick up the order after it said Ready, staff said they dropped my pizza and had to make it again. Ask me to wait 10 min, I waited 20 min outside in my car at 1:30 am. I came back and it still wasn’t ready. Finally got my order and took it home. I open the box and it’s wrong toppings. I got pepperoni instead of onions and I am vegetarian so I don’t eat that. I called the store they admit they read onions as pepperoni, I politely asked to deliver the new pizza. They said they can’t since my address was out of their range, they promised me free pizza on my phone number for next time. I accepted it. Today I tried to order another one from my profile and I don’t see the free pizza. I called the store again and some rude guy picks up and tells me he can’t do anything since it was 2 days ago and their system resets everyday. I have been ordering dominos for 11 years now, never experience this level of incompetence and rude behavior from a location. I hope someone takes a notice of this. Absolutely won’t recommend this...

OK. I've been ordering from this same location for maybe 3 years or more. But recently, something's changed. I dunno if it's a new owner, employees, or an overall mandated policy, but the quality has consistently gone downhill for the last at least 4-5 months, now. For instance: every week for the last 4 weeks at least(and you can contact them to verify), I've ordered a the exact same pan-tossed, Salami and parmasan-asiago pizza. And for some reason, its less Salami, each week. Less parmasan-asiago, each week. And even less sauce, each week. I feel like they are trying to save money and are doing it by shorting customers on ingredients. Whatever it is, I LOVE this pizza, but it's getting old - Im even considering going back to Pizza Hut, if it doesnt get...

So lazy they literally cut the pizza in half. At least we were only two people and pretty hungry so we just picked up each half and ate it. But would it kill you to cut a medium pizza into a standard 6-8 slices???? Sheesh. Oh and I left a special note for cheese and peppers, and I left a phone number to contact me for questions about my order. When the delivery guy showed up, his response to having cheese n peppers is that they charge for this now. Yet nowhere was this offered on Domino's app... they offer you extra chicken wings, desserts, 2 liters of soda, but apparently they charge for cheese and peppers now and dont mention it; true pioneers in nickel and dining delivery customers....
