I usually come here for the orange delight, and they do such a great job of making my order, but these people are incredibly racist. I had a DoorDash order and Ordered the orange delight with papaya and blueberry as usual when the driver didn’t pick up my order, I called the store and asked what was going on they said they got rid of the order. I thought this was incredibly strange as usually they will just hold it in the fridge so I placed a second order and I asked them To just give the driver both orders with the new order. They completely acted like they could not give me the second drink so I drove up to the store I showed them my name and they immediately made the second order. What was very disappointing is that the old woman in front instantly profiled me as I walked in got anxious and when I walked up to the counter started tapping her hand, huffing and puffing, like I was taking up her time I showed her the DoorDash order. Incredibly sad to see as an African-American / Native American woman. College educated and still subjected to blatant racism how embarrassing and the young girl with tattoos was so ridiculously incompetent. Guess I’ll be making my smoothies at home what a joke LAST time I’m ever supporting...

Went in for a quick juice after previously going and having a great experience. I ordered two drinks a green juice and a carrot juice, and the juice extractor ends up breaking down midway on the carrot juice, filling it only halfway. Guy offers to make me a milkshake or an Agua Fresca but I told him I wanted a juice or I wanted a refund. He said they don’t offer refunds(there was no sign stating that). He told me he could make a blended version of the carrot juice that would be very similar to the drink I ordered. I assumed he would use a strainer for the pulp. But he gave me a drink of half concentrated apple juice and half carrot juice with the pulp. The guy was very rude and had an attitude, he acted as if I was making the situation difficult even though they messed up and couldn’t give me the drink I ordered and payed for. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE....

These people have the worst attitude and apparently don’t know how to listen. My partner is allergic to avocado and mayo. They have none of their ingredients listed on the menus. Anyways… I asked for no mayo on our torta, but they put the mayo on it. It also had avocado. So we asked if they could kindly remake it. And just put the avo and mayo on the side, since we were splitting and I am not allergic. The girl rolled her eyes at me. I don’t think it’s that complicated. They remade it and of course didn’t give us the mayo and avo on the side. When we asked for it, we had two ask two different people. They both gave us attitude. 40 bucks for a torta and a pico de gallo was not worth it. I’d rather...
