Well I wanted to report something good because I'm a huge fan of this clown
My last order was completely messed up and I had to go order from the other clown to provide the food for the people that I was taking food to
I put a really bad review and Jack in the Box reached out and refunded me my money
Yay Jack in the Box good job
So I went back to this location because I live in Mexico and there are no Jack in the boxes in Mexico and this one's the closest one to crossing the border so the best chance I have of getting the food to where I'm going while it's still hot
But the app didn't work properly
The location wasn't accepting cards only cash
And the supervisor who was left in charge of the whole location said she's only a supervisor and doesn't know how to use the app and it's not her job to help me order...
I asked her if she thought it would be appropriate that they made sure that there was always somebody at the store who could help people with questions about the app
You know maybe assign a few people to learn the app (buy a few people I mean everybody because everybody should know how to help people order from Jack in The Box that works at Jack in The Box.)
But she got obnoxious and rude and insulting and instead of agreeing that somebody at the store should be able to help somebody learn how to use the app if necessary she told me it's not her job to help me order or to know how to use the app
So I just took my food, that was made improperly but no way for me to know that until I cross into another country and get to the location where the little kids are going to eat it open it up and discover that it in fact has mayonnaise on it when they're allergic to mayonnaise and I told them no mayonnaise
No onions but they put onions
Extra pickles but they chose not to put any pickles on one and only one pickle on the other
And then instead of giving us a packet of curly fries and a packet of mini tacos for each of the combos they just gave us a whole bunch of fries for everything two packs of fries per combo no mini tacos in any of the bags
If you don't want to sell the $6 meal deal including a sandwich and two sides and a drink, supposedly of your choice, that's the customer is actually not the people that work at Jack in the box's choice, but I digress, if you don't want to do the deal then don't offer it!
I'm sure you can tell him the photos that there is mayonnaise onions and ketchup on hamburgers that aren't supposed to have any of those and I don't see any...
Read moreI stopped in here because I just crossed the US border and I wanted a bite to eat, to use the restroom and to use the internet. I had to go to the bathroom badly as I was just in a long wait at the border. The bathroom was locked and had a key pad. I turned around and saw the security guard and asked him if he could open the bathroom. He didn't even speak English. I knew what he was saying because I speak Spanish but I was speaking to him in English and he was talking back to me in Spanish. Rude. So I went out to the front counter where my sister was in a long line. Another gentleman was asking the cashier in Spanish to open the restroom. She told him to tell the guard to let him into the restroom. I followed him back to the guard who continued to tell us we needed a receipt. I told the guard I'm Spanish that I am going to buy something, but I really need to use the restroom now. He continued to refuse to open the restroom. I told him I'm leaving if I can't use the restroom. He did nothing but stand there and look like, well, I won't say what he looked like. So I yelled to my sister "Let's GO!" There was another guard outside that I asked if he was the guard manager. He asked me what the problem was. I told him. He responded with an I don't care look and body language that was in full disrespect like the other guard. I told him I'd let the district manager, Art, know about this. I called Art right after. He apologized. I hung up. I sent him a text telling him I'd never go there again. He responded with, "Sorry for the inconvenience." Inconvenience? Nope. It was far more than that. They went out of their way to be complete and utter........ Well, you get the picture. We drove up the street to the other JIB and used the restroom, since you don't need a receipt (what a joke!). We left after. I'm never going to either of these locations again. Art can keep his apology and do you know what with it. From now on I'll patronize anywhere but JIB. Which sucked because I really like the food. I've visited JIB locations all around the border more than fifty times over the years. I'll never do it again. Good bye JIB. The JIB app just got uninstalled too....
Read moreWish I could leave zero stars. They don't deserve a single star. Absolutely horrible place!!! I will never go here again unless there is a change in staff. The security guard and manager are both extremely rude, disrespectful and racist. My wife and I stopped by here today to grab some coffee before entering into TJ. My wife parked in the parking lot and I waited in the truck. Within about two minutes of being their the security guard comes walking over to my vehicle and starts walking around looking at it, and writes something down on paper. Then he approaches the passenger side window where I'm at a starts knocking on the window. I opened the door and asked what he wanted and he just immediately starts yelling at me in Spanish. I told him I don't speak Spanish, and I'm just waiting on my wife who is inside jack in the box. He then points to the sign where I'm parked that says 30 minute parking for customers only, I told yea I see it, I've only been here a few minutes. He then says I need to leave or he will call the police. Their was a car parked right next to me with a Mexican couple in it that we're their before us and he didn't bug or say anything to them. I definitely feel that he had an issue with me because I'm white and from California. The guard then gets on his radio and walks into jack in the box. He comes out with the manager about a minute later, and the manager tells me I need to leave. I told him what the hell, my wife is inside getting coffee, he didn't care and just insisted I leave. I told him wow this is how you treat your customers? He said yes and leave before he calls the cops. I told him go ahead, because I'm doing nothing wrong. I then call my wife and tell her lets just go somewhere else because these people are absolutely insane and don't deserve our business. They treated me like a criminal. Stay away from this awful racist place. They definitely need a change in staff. Security guard and management should be ashamed of themselves, and if they don't like their jobs then find something else, you don't treat...
