I had an awful experience with an employee named Isabell, who identified herself as the manager. She let a customer interrupt while I was being helped and I asked if she could please finish helping me before helping the other customer. She spoke to me in a tone that was disrespectful and sarcastically thanked me for my patience. Then she said she hopes I have a good night in a tone that clearly meant the opposite. Read moreI was unable to pick up my mobile order and called the store. Luz picked up and informed that they would save my order for whenever I could come and pick it up. When I showed up the lady at the front seemed like she didn't want to help me and stated that someone else had came in saying the same thing two hours before, she asked for my receipt (which I had and proceeded to make my drink) Luz came out and I had told her we had spoke on the phone about my order and she asked the staff if they had taken care of me already. She was super nice and is a great example of what excellent customer service is!! I will definitely make this my "home"...

Multiple partners, from both overnight and day parts, from various locations are in agreement that the overnight work hours should be paid more.
