10/21/2025@3:09pm. Drove up to this jack, parked my vehicle to go inside to placed an order of breakfast sandwiches 🥪. As I was walking threw the pavement heading to the front door, I fell down & twisted my lefted ankle & landed on my knees, due to a curve that was made for handicap wheel-chairs driver. Right next to outside eating tables and chairs. As I forced myself up off the ground. I went inside, all shaken-up & told the sale-clerk what has happened to me, as I placed my order to go. All she would do is stared at me?! Didn't say a word, & I told her you need to post a sign outside saying: "WATCH YOU'RE STEP"! there's no sign outside posted! I wonder how many customers has been walking threw these sidewalks, and has fallen? I Was upset to see that the sale-clerk didn't even apologized, nor have any remorse at all whatsoever! I wonder if she understood the English language?(Short glasses female with lots of tattoos on her right side arms. Mexican/black long hair in a ponty-tail style.) My order was ready & lefted out of there in pain. Owner/CEO of this jack in the box, needs to post a sign outside for this accidents/incidents doesn't happen to anyone else. Read moreHorrible service! Manager is rude unprofessional, won’t reply in English when I ask her anything. She blatantly looked at myself and another customer waiting to order and didn’t acknowledge us said would be right with you or nothing just kept going then she got upset and defensive. When I asked to see the manager she said it was her I was expecting it to be someone else, because she is so unprofessional . I understand it’s a fast food, restaurant and money will be made because people are going to eat regardless, but this Jack-in-the-Box could be making a lot more money. If you guys change management definitely Not productive, as can be horrible customer service! I would definitely be going on yelp, and I would definitely pass the word and ensure that people know what service they’re getting here if I could put no star, I would put no stars horrible experience! I was coming on my work lunch to eat here and I walked away because I wasn’t getting served. I was standing in line for about 10 minutes before I was even acknowledge because I got their attention. The terrible service.
This is the biggest reason why I'm writing this review, because the lack of atmosphere that the employees provide is astounding. I had a bill of 10.23, and I had given the employee 20.23 and I expected 10 dollars even back. She had given the change back to me, and said "I don't have any change or coins right now." And after the fact, she had given me $9.67. I had asked if I could swap out the change for a dollar bill, she had said, "No, we don't have any coins."
When I took a photo of the phone number listed for feedback, I saw the employee put my bag away for a second, walk away with my receipt, and crumple it into the trash can. What an INSIDIOUS way of not letting the customer get his word in.
The fact that you have only taken cash for weeks as of now is also a terrible way of discouraging business.
