In a world where we can send a man to the moon, apparently sending a straw with a Jamba Juice drink via Uber Eats remains an insurmountable challenge. Let me set the scene: after enduring the emotional equivalent of running a marathon backwards (a.k.a. witnessing a family memberās medical emergency), I was parched. Not just regular thirsty, but āIāve been in a hospital for countless hoursā thirsty. And what better to quench this monumental thirst than a delicious, refreshing Jamba Juice?
However, in what can only be described as a plot twist worthy of a Greek tragedy, I discovered upon delivery of this nectar of the gods⦠there was no straw. Thatās right, no straw. I mean, itās only the fundamental tool for consuming a drink thatās essentially a fruit salad in liquid form.
And hereās the kicker: when I called the store, hoping for some semblance of customer service, the response was the equivalent of a verbal shrug. āNothing we can do,ā they said. Itās like going to a car dealership, buying a car, and then being told, āOh, you wanted wheels with that?ā
Jamba Juice, your drink might be a symphony of blended fruit goodness, but whatās the point if you canāt even provide the instrument to play it? A strawless juice at a juice bar is like a joke without a punchline ā utterly disappointing. One star, because zero...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy experience was awful; I will admit I came 30 min before closing so I understand the frustration. We made our first order and even though you can tell they werenāt happy to see us come in, it went fine. After trying some of the first order, I decided I wanted to order something for myself so I went back in and the guy asks if needed anything else. When I told him that I was going to order something else, he rolled his eyes and threw his hands up saying something to his coworker and laughed. While I ordered with the other worker, he kicked a cup around and made me feel very unwelcomed. I didnāt catch a name because I was to embarrassed to look around. Iād understand if it was a few minutes to close, but there were still 20 minutes to closing when I wanted to place my second order. Iām probably just being dramatic but I ended up sitting in the car crying and didnāt even drink my juice. So if youāre planning on going around closing time enter at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe boy that was over the counter is very kind and nice. I was in a hurry bc I had to be somewhere but my daughter asked for Jamba juice after her doc visit resulted 2 shots! We side track and of course, I rushed and spilled when jamming the straw into my drink. The guy did not appear upset or anything and said happily it is ok. I felt bad and didn't have time or change in my wallet to tip for the mess.
I am gald I can split the drink bc it can add up with 4 large smoothie and an impossible sandwich! Never an attitude during any of my jamba visits! I am pleased with my visit at the one in Menifee (off Clinton Keith...yes..even out of town, Jamba was our choiceāļø) as well as the new location at Kearny. Actually this was the original location before they moved to Mission Valley! So that tells u I am long time fan of healthy...
