Judy's Cafe — Restaurant in San Diego

If you're looking for a budget friendly, delicious, and quick food Judy's Cafe is the place for you.

I went here for a late lunch as recommended by a friend. From the outside, this place looks like your typical office sandwich shop. However, once you step into the cafe, it has a very family owned restaurant feel. The menu offers a wide variety of selection and I decided to get the Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwich and Manousheh.

The sandwich is served warm and the taste was great. For the price, this place is a must stop if you're looking to get a quick lunch for a bargain. The staff who served me was also very kind since I asked a couple of questions regarding their favorite food from the menu.

Overall my experience here was pleasant and I definitely will come back.

Advice to management: perhaps offer more seating or outdoor seating and music so that your customers can have a better experience when they choose to hangout...

It's been a while since anyone wrote a review about Judy's so here's one from someone new in the neighborhood. I work on the opposite side of the building and my Break ranges from 30 minutes to an hour(my choice) and 90% of the time I take 30 minutes because I bring my own food and I don't have to go anywhere. When I do decide to eat something nearby, I have either Mission Valley, the pub on the intersection of Texas St and Camino del Rio South or something along El Cajon Boulevard but I can't be bother driving or walking to these places. I found Judy's and the reviews are old so I thought maybe the place closed and that's why there ain't newer reviews, Lo and Behold it's still on its feet and it taste great! Working a rigorous shift Monday to Friday, I've been looking for a good spot that makes good food in a quick manner. This is very important to me as I don't have much time during the day to make a meal.

So I decided to check this nice spot near my work and ordered the meat deluxe. The ordering process was fast and efficient as I got my food in less than 10 minutes.The ingredients they used is fresh and flavorful. The food was filling and was able to get me through the rest of my shift

Overall, the place is clean, well-priced, and has great customer service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone whose been looking for a new deli spot...
