Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Diego

Make sure to check your pizza BEFORE you leave this store!! My son got home and was about to take a bite when I noticed the pretzel pizza he picked up was not fully cooked. I called the store and spoke to Alexis who said she was the manager on duty. She said she would take my son's name and number down and he could call back another day to order a free pizza of his choice if he didn't want to come back to the store today. To save my son from having to go back out there, I opted to do that. I put the entire pizza in our oven and we decided to eat crazy bread while we waited for it to cook only to find out the crazy bread wasn't fully cooked either! These were worse than the pizza. We had an entire bag of squishy dough sticks. Instead of putting those in the oven with the pizza, I called Alexis back and told her my son was on the way back so he can show them the uncooked crazy bread. They gave us a new fully cooked pizza, and threw the uncooked crazy bread my son brought back in their oven. Overall the food was decent, but definitely not worth the extra trip or the extra 30...

I had a really bad experience in this store, First of all the time to receive my pizza was too long, I placed my order at 7:02 pm and it was ready at 7:45 pm, also the service is the worst, the young cashier who has no uniform or badge to identify his name was very bad and disrespectful. When I ordered my pizza at 7.22 he told me he was just waiting for my crazy combo because my pizza was ready, then 15 minutes later I asked for my order again and he told me something different, Now that my crazy combo was ready but my pizza wasn't, of course I told him it wasn't fair because ik the beginning he told me something different, so I asked him to doublecheck if my order was on the way and his response was very rude and with atitude , He told me that he wasn't the oven and that he couldn't do anything for me, so I had to wait. Reason I gave 3 stars, food is good and it’s nearby. However every time I ask for well done, it’s never well done, so I’ve tried asking “can you please make sure it’s well done this time” in the nicest way I can! Given I have worked at a little caesars myself and I get it I get people who make those remarks can be annoying but I genuinely want my pizza well done :/ anyhow, is it me or this employees also always in a bad mood? Specially the girls. If there wasn’t a closer one to me I probably wouldn’t come as often. I do want to say the last time I came in a younger gentleman, who I have not seen before so must be pretty new, was actually really nice, greeted and handled the transaction with a smile.
