i came in this evening and was pleasantly surprised with the service and DELICIOUS sandwich i received, not sure her name but an older woman (supper nice and efficient) made my boyfriend and i's sandwich, now, my boyfriend and i visit various subways, as we are very loyal customers and have never received the quality we did tonight, thank you to this location for the incredible first impression i will definitely be returning, after having terrible, numerous experiences at the dennery location and incredibly terrible experiences at the broadway, costco location, this location has been come my favorite, right above h street across...

They consistently get their DoorDash orders wrong. 3 of 3 times was not toasted no oil vinegar salt and pepper. Unmelted cheese stale bread. And if you ask for oil vinegar salt and pepper and it is left out , the sandwich tastes completely different. I tried calling them ahead of time right after placing a DoorDash order and their phone is disconnected or off the hook so no way to get ahold of them. I had an awesome experience at this Subway location! The team Samira, Sanam, Jimmy, Aragon, and Matt were all incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient. They made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, and the ingredients were super fresh. The store was clean, well organized, and had a great atmosphere. It’s clear that the staff here take pride in their work and genuinely care about providing excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back highly recommend...
