The first time I tried Milo's in 2021 was meh.

The second time, however, was landmark, emotionally significant, and truthfully - soul-healing.

One week after having given birth, I craved pizza and my husband decided we deserved a treat. The weather was too hot and we were too beat to cook. We had called in an order from Milo's and it was delivered within 30 minutes. You really cant beat free delivery, especially with such high costs nowadays.

I was not expecting it to be as good as it was. We ordered The Works Thin Crust. It was hot, crispy and chewy in all the right places. Generous toppings and decent cheese. It was phenomenal and very much needed given the major life addition with our newborn.

I didnt tip the driver, who was extremely friendly, and my husband offered to drive down to Milo's just to provide a tip. I felt so guilty because he was so kind and the pizza was, as earlier mentioned, SOUL-HEALING. Nourishing, savory, comforting, fattening, indulgent, delicious.

No, the pizza might not be as good the next time we order from here. Yes, we may have been put on their naughty-list for not tipping. However, Milo's will always hold that...

We stopped here on a whim while our family was vacationing in San Diego from Greenville, SC. We went solely on reviews plus location was central to the area we were staying in. While in town for 5 days, we not only went once, but went a second time as well. The first time my family of 5 ordered a cheese pizza, pesto pizza, Caesar salad, garlic knots, and a sub. Everything was delicious and fresh. My daughter and I had pesto pizza for the first time ever and we have found our fave. The cheese bubbles oozed with cheesy goodness and the pesto was phenomenal. The second trip we made we ordered a larger pesto pizza, another cheese pizza, and a Stromboli. We were not disappointed. We are not able to find pizza like this is Greenville, so yes we were blown away. Besides the quality ingredients used, the crust and sauce ratio was perfect, our online orders were ready on time, the people that helped us inside were really nice and courteous. The place is small and you may miss if you are driving by, but this is definitely a place to stop for good food. We can’t wait...

Best pizza on the east end of the city!

It is my absolute pleasure to support fellow (~);-} heads!

Great NY-style thin crust from awesome people. High-quality cheese, and a fresh sauce with a very good tomato flavor, slight sweetness, and decent tang.

Looking forward to next pizza night!

PS I love my slices on a paper plate in a bag! Good job letting the whiners know what you think of their silly complaint!

Edit: Came back tonight, March 10th, 2021, and got a 14" sausage and onion. That sausage is LEGIT. Sliced link is a nice change from the standard crumbled sausage most places use. It was sweet and spicy, and had a strong fennel flavor. Reminds me of the Fontanini sausage we used to use at my old work.

I also asked for the pizza well-done this time, and it was PERFECT. The crust was right at the point where it was starting to blacken,...
