I recently had the pleasure of dining at Oggi Brew and Pizzeria, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance that immediately made me feel at home.

I don’t usually leave any reviews. Even if I don’t like a place. My mother taught me that if you have nothing nice to say say nothing at all. But this was an experience that I felt I needed to share. I was picking up food from Oggis and as I made my way inside I said hello. How’s it going in a friendly manner like I always do. But I was greeted with silence and a blank stare. Then I said hello again thinking maybe they did not hear me. Nothing again just a blank stare. I proceeded to give them the name of my order and they handed it to me. Mind you not a single word was said. And then ofcourse on my way out. I say “have a nice day” like I always do to every restaurant staff. Still nothing. As I was walking out I hear them mocking me “hello ,hello” because I said it twice. Not once. Or twice. But 3 times they were mocking my hello. And I was just trying to be friendly with to the staff. But instead I got greeted with silence and mocked made to feel like a fool. They were 2 young ladies 1 was blonde and the other was brunette/blondeish maybe in there 20s or younger. But I do advise that they get trained on how to treat human beings. Let alone customers. I did not like that “mean girls” vibe. Let alone mocking me as I exit thinking I couldn’t hear them. Oggi's always has good food and lots to choose from. Customer service seems to be different than in years past. Oggi uses "Expiditers" to deliver food instead of my "server" bringing it. The Expo person drops it and runs. Then the server checks in in you (if you're lucky). By that time, if the Expo forgot something or something wasn't right, you are already half done eating. I believe the "server" should do what their title implies, and "serve" or meal. If all they do is take my order and type it into the register, I can do that myself, on a kiosk, and save a 20% tip! Servers should be my primary contact for my whole visit. Expiditers are bad service. I know many places do it, I just want a little better. Lastly, the bar here is in the middle of the restaurant and was full of "regulars" who were all yelling back and forth (maybe a little impaired). I guess if you are looking for that environment, it's great. We were just hoping for a little quieter dinner. Overall, I'm sure...
